I have no idea what other reviewers are talking about. I ordered directly through them (NOT through Amazon) to clean my studio apartment for a deep clean. Going in, the apartment was an absolute mess of a disaster, and they sent over two nice ladies who spent two hours cleaning it (four man hours effectively) and it was in excellent condition when they were done. Despite what other reviewers have said, they did not flush anything down the toilet that should not have been down there, and my plumbing is working completely fine. They did a very thorough job and as best I can tell did not rush. They were upfront with how long it would take, and it took pretty much exactly how long they said it would. All the surfaces were cleaned and looked excellent, the carpet was excellent, they even cleaned up my desk and removed a mess of stuff under the bed going above and beyond my expectations. They literally cleaned NOTHING. I have seen blind people clean better than this . I have seen a teenager do a better job. Then they tried to come back to my house to make things "right" after I said NO. I wouldn't hire this company to clean a shit stain out of a toilet. Ordered through Amazon for a 7 hour deep clean. Three people came so I get that the time is divided. House was empty bc it was move out. Switch plates, door and baseboards were not touched. Windowsills had dust and she told me it was bc he couldn't reach.... normal size window. Asked them to clean better and they became frustrated. Owner that picked up was nice but ladies were not receptive. It was clear they were hurrying and a deep cleaning was not their goal. read more

They started rushing to clean my house and when approached about the significant difference in quality from prior visits the owner told me that they were "very busy lately". These guys are working with Amazon home cleaning services. I ordered their service through AMAZON and they caused me several thousand dollars damages to my home. In my absence they cleaned the house but they stuffed their cleaning wipes in my toilet. This caused the main drain line to be plugged. It costs me several thousand dollars to get it fixed. With no toilet and no water running, i had to leave my home and stay in temporary accomodation until my main line was unplugged. Six of the large cleaning wipes were retrieved. The cleaners of this company did not want to leave their dirty wipes or take them with them, they considered it easy way to stuff them in my toilet. I started a litigation against Amazon and against this company in particular. Be warned not to use them at any cost. They are not to be trusted with your home even in your presence. Amazon denied my claim and I ended up with over $7,000 is incurred damages and further damages to the hard wood floor that still need to be repaired. I am taking my case to court. I never write reviews but I feel it necessary to do so for this service. BQC brought 3 ladies to my house and they did a FANTASTIC job!! They cleaned thoroughly and did a really good job. They didn't just clean around the area, they would move furniture or tables to make sure they cleaned the dust under the furniture. Kitchen was sparkling clean! Bathrooms looked great too!!! I ordered through Amazon Services and paid for an eight hour deep cleaning. I have a 3400 square foot home and only use a house keeping service once a month so it usually takes at least 6 1/2 hours. Two women arrived at 10:21 and were done by 12:15. That's under four "man hours". They were not scheduled to arrive until 11 so they must have rushed through the house before mine as well. Normally I am home and would have called them out for the rushed job but I couldn't be home this time so I had my husband handle things. He didn't know what to look for in a walk through and he didn't know how long it usually takes so he told them it looked "ok" and cleared them to leave. When he told me then were already done. I asked him to walk through with me on the phone and it was quickly clear their priority was speed, not cleaning. I texted to so say I was unhappy and listed just a couple of them problems and complained that I paid for a deep cleaning and received a superficial rush job instead. She offered to send them back to "fix" one of the items I mentioned and I said no -that I would complain to Amazon instead. She sent them back to my house anyway to vacuum leaves from the basement but still left the house only superficially clean- lots of overlooked areas- sticky residue on stove handles, bathroom scale very dusty, couldn't tell if hardwoods were mopped-looked like they were just vacuumed. Sink full of some white spotty residue just to name a few. I wont use this service again. read more

This company does not care about its clients. Teams rotate and honesty is questionable. After losing trust, they did nothing to regain it. Do not trust them in your home. I enngaged (or at least attempted to engage) "Best Quality" cleaning service through Amazon. The took the job, promising to show up between 8 and 11 AM. At 7:12AM, I got a text saying they would be there at 9:15 (Nelsi was the technician.) At 8:14, I got a call saying they wouldn't be there until 11. This was a problem bacause I had carpet shampooing showing up between 11 and 2. "Ok" I thought to myself, "They can work around each other as long as the vacuuming gets done quickly." By 11:10, when they didn't show up, I called them. I was then informed that the crew was just leaving Annandale and would be there in 30 minutes. Right away I distrusted that because it's a 45-minute drive from Annandale to Stafford. I went to get lunch and showed back up at the house 1t 12:30. They STILL weren't there. I called them and was informed that the crew was held up in traffic due to a wreck on i-95. That was a lie; Google Maps showed no incidents or slowdowns on I-95. After repeated calls to Amazon and Amazon calling them, I was finally forced to engage another cleaning company to come in, finally cancelling my Amazon order at 1:45 or so. Minutes after I cancelled the order, the crew finally showed up. Needless to say, I turned them away. In my opinion, Best Quality Cleaning was deceitful, dishonest, and put me between a rock and a hard place. I cannot advise anyone strongly enough to RUN (not walk) away from this company I have found to be disreputable. read more
