We made an appointment for the next day. My wife and I got up early the next morning, packed up, we were staying in a RV park 20 miles away, and drove into town. The guy that looked at our motorhome told us he is a motorcycle specialist and the boss told him he was now an RV repairman as well. He apologized and said he has no clue as to what is wrong or how to fix it. Carstens mislead us and wasted our time and gas to drive 40 miles round trip knowing they had no RV tech. Shame on them!

All it was was a catalitic converter.. So i went 5 weeks with out a truck...Then two days after i had the vehicle back my exhaust fell off and had to get it fixed in another town....... The service department would never call to let me know what was going on. I had to call and ask about my vehicle.. So i would highly not reccomend taking your vehicle to this shop.

Over the years, I've relied on Pioneer for numerous tows and collision repairs. Recently, I needed a front license plate mounted to my car after learning from CHP that CA law requires it to be mounted. I bought my car in NV where it isn't required. There were no brackets or holes for hardware on the car, so I thought Pioneer would be the best choice for the job. Dean ordered the bracket and told me to put the license plate in the passenger window until the part came in, so I wouldn't get pulled over again. Fast forward to this week. After mounting the license plate Pioneer provided a complimentary wash and vacuum for my car. My car is sparkling clean and looks like it had been completely detailed. When i picked up my finished vehicle the bumper was unattatched on one side, so i had to bring it back in. All this was not fast. Both issues were/are too obvious to miss. Further. I wasnt sure why they had to put every single personal item from my cab into a box in the trunk, or why there was a beverage cap of a type i dont drink under my seat. Anyway.
