Out of at least 20 companies we reached out to, they were the only company that would come on site and evaluate the project. I set up an appointment with Marcos, the owner, and he was so nice, helpful and had excellent advice. He took the time to help construct a solution that would stand the test of time and had a low failure rate. This made me realize that the other contractors would have failed in installing this massive mirror (almost 9'x5'). We had a few blips along the way and he had to install 2 mirrors and had ordered another one due to manufacturer's defects. This was devastating to both of our timelines but the team - Marcos, Josh and Diane - were so professional and reassuring about it all. They knew this would be completed at 100% of our expectations and nothing less. They must have come here half a dozen times to quell any concerns. And, Diane was so nice over the phone. We worked a lot with Josh for the follow up appointments and he is a perfectionist. He made sure the wall was ready for the initial and follow up installs as when you take a mirror down, it can be messy and can also rip down part of the wall too. We also had a 3D bump out which made it more challenging. He and his counterpart measured everything over and over and took his time installing. We are thrilled with the end result. They knew they could do this and they certainly did. They are not the cheapest but they are the most thorough and make sure the project is done to satisfaction. Whether you have an easy project or a tough one, this is the company I'd absolutely trust and recommend.

A plastic pivot pin had broken, causing the door to fall off. I had called and visited numerous other places about replacing the pin and was told the part was no longer available, and that I would have to replace the door with a newer, more modern glass door costing around $1000. Pristine Glass And Mirror was my last stop, and I was so lucky to have met Kenneth who did not try to sell me a new door, but listened to my concerns and quickly located the parts that I needed on Amazon for $50. There is a bay door next to the office where a ring goes off when someone walks in and then someone comes and greets you. You can call as well but I've gone in typically for framing work with my frames. They are already knowledgeable of thickness or smoothing edges if you tell them what you need the piece(s) and can give recommendations. They give you a call when your order is ready and pending what you need it doesn't typically take long. Super friendly staff, great customer service! It's personable and you can tell they care about their work.

The woman on the phone was courteous and gave him an estimate. First off- We went in on a Friday to drop the frame off and they called us with it fully ready first thing on Monday morning. That's incredible! We were thrilled with the quick turnaround. Secondly- This frame is one made and carved by my great grandfather and hols incredible sentimental value. It is also quite delicate due to the intricate carvings. They were attentive when we let them know to please handle it gently and with care and it was returned to us in the same condition as when we left it. A+ for that! Lastly- the customer service was excellent. Randy was there when we arrived to pick it up and he was not only so helpful in getting the large (and heavy) mirror into the back of our car, but he also asked us about the frame and commented on the craftsmanship. When he heard it was made by my great grandfather, he showed me some really cool features in the wood on the back that I wouldn't have noticed. He said he is a bit of a woodworker himself, so he really appreciated the piece and I have to say- it made my day! I shared the info he gave me with me family and it was just really special to know a bit more about my great grandfather's process and precision. Thank you, Randy! COVID note: They have a lobby area but have a sign asking you to go right in through the open garage doors to the shop so as to keep you from being in a small enclosed lobby during these crazy times. 5 Stars for great follow-up with quotes and a job well-done…read more I needed a half glass wall for my shower, after having spent a month showering in the corner trying not to wet the floor. Could I have added a curtain temporarily? Yes. Would that have let me put this order and installation off for another few years? Surely. Frank answered our Request a Quote on Yelp with some great information. After that, we got a quote and were able to move forward. Frank came by to look at the shower and make his own measurements (a good thing, because ours were definitely off). He also made some suggestions- like raising the top of the glass higher. In hindsight, leaving it the way we had initially planned would have been a wet disaster, so I appreciated his expertise. Eventually, a final quote came our way. I'll admit that I missed the call and then never called Frank back, so I'm glad he had great follow-up to account for my forgetfulness! We scheduled installation as soon as the glass piece had arrived at his workshop and Frank and another gentleman came and had it installed in no time. He noticed a part of my shower wasn't caulked and even caulked it himself, though it wasn't necessary to the job. Really great service! In the end, we're very happy with the new shower glass and would recommend Frank to anyone in the future. Plus, I have a mirror I need fitted in a frame, so he'll be hearing back from me soon!
