I needed a root canal done as soon as possible and they were able to get me in within a few days notice. The front office staff was amazing. She was very knowledgeable with dental insurance and billing, I was given an estimate the day before so there were no surprises. The nurse assistant was really nice, she explained all the procedures before we got started. She took X-rays and we got started right away. Dr Mehdi is very focused and a quick worker. He knows his job and he does it well. I was tense going through this procedure since this was my first root canal. He kept reminding me to relax and made me feel like I could trust him to get it done. In the end I was very happy with his work. They were all professionals and I was a happy camper. I was lucky that I did not need any antibiotics. Dr Mehdi advised to take pain medication when I arrived home. I honestly didn't feel like I needed and took it anyway. The next morning I felt good, I didn't not have any soreness, and I didn't see any bruising. It honestly felt like a got a tooth filling done. Thank you Dr Mehdi and staff for the great job and for making me feel taken care of.

She also made several unprofessional comments about my doctor and lectured me about checking my bottle for refills, as if I wasn't already doing my part by calling to confirm. The entire conversation felt condescending and dismissive. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially in healthcare. I've never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist, and I'll be switching to another pharmacy. Patients deserve respect and professionalism, not to be talked down to when trying to manage their health.
