The agreement, scope, and pricing were clearly discussed and approved in advance. Unfortunately, before final payment was completed, the Director who hired me was let go. Since then, new management has refused to honor the original agreement in full. Despite providing documentation, proof of approval, and fulfillment of the work exactly as requested, I was only partially paid and am still owed $1,400. It's disappointing to complete a high-level, time-intensive project in good faith--especially for a major event--and then have a company refuse to take responsibility for the commitments made by their own leadership. This isn't just about payment--it's about integrity. Vendors should be able to trust that businesses will honor their agreements, regardless of internal staffing changes. I would strongly caution other artists and vendors to ensure full payment upfront before working with this organization.

Due to the situation, she was released directly to Cogir. Priscila was really a rockstar, everything was taken care of. She busted her butt to get movers the next day, elevated care taking that night, and even arranged for my mom to stay in a guest suite while we worked on moving her stuff. I'm sure she was doing other stuff I'm not even aware of. She is really hard working and very good at her job. Thank you to everyone at Cogir! I feel my mom is in good hands.

There are 4 floors and are arranged by residents' needs and cognitive level. My mom seems very content to be amongst her peers, chit chatting, doing activities, going on outings and dining together. I'm so grateful for Silverado and all the staff. It has turned out to be the perfect place for my mom. She is safe, engaged, fits right in amongst her peers and has the support of staff who understand what she is going through. I'm actually not sure what we would have done had it not been for Silverado, and being right here, so close to home.

The staff was helpful and focused on the well being of the residents. The kitchen staff personally addressed each residents' needs and requests. The food was really pretty good. His family and he would highly recommend Brookdale for any senior who would be better served by living independently within a community.

A place that was intimate, upscale, contemporary, felt like home, had good food, wonderful staff and was able to handle her medical issues. It was asking a lot, but Kalnel rose to the challenge. It was night and day better than any of the other places I looked at and when my friend moved in she was very happy there. The director (?), Stella, was honest about what they could and couldn't do, she never overpromised and always made me feel like she truly cared. She was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to share her recommendations and opinions. She went out of her way to make the intake process as smooth as possible. I can't say enough good things about Stella and Kalnel living. That is where I would want to go if I ever needed assisted living.

And the day of the event was something hard to describe in words--it was overwhelmingly magical. People danced and smiled, and posed for photos and enjoyed one-another. Residents felt the love and welcomed this bit of an uplift and distraction, and staff felt honored and celebrated.
