They assured that we could keep the physical therapist we had, but all of a sudden things came to an abrupt halt. No phone calls, nothing. They misled me until his current case needed a new review so they could get all the money they could because they knew that if we didn't get to keep our therapist we were leaving them. I contacted the therapist directly and was told they no longer have a contract with them because they use their own. So I called Crystal/Lorian and asked about the experience that their physical therapists had and the answer was " oh we will send someone "! My husbands case is complex and needs an experienced therapist, not just "someone". It's just a paycheck to them not to help a suffering individual. Then I got a text from them telling me that my insurance cancelled my husband. Another lie! He was never discharged physically from them, just on their say so. We were going to drop them because I can't trust them and don't want to listen to their B.S. So now we have to start all over and see if we can find our former therapist. Think twice before you consider this company. They are using Crystal Home's past to get clients and believe me they aren't anything like Crystal Home be for the buy out.

From the very beginning when we met it was all explained to me about hospice for my mother. They treated me and my mom like family. I could call at any time for any help. If it was medication to be filled, it was filled same day and delivered. If it was incontinence products that my mother needed, it was ordered and promptly delivered. My mother needed a hospital bed, delivered same day. If it was a nurse to come by to check on my mother, a nurse would come right away. Close to the end they had a nurse come 3 times a week to check on her. When it was very close to the end of my mom's life they were there to check on her and had a nurse with us to help with medication and vitals. I could always call or text Dino the director for any thing my mother needed and would always ask his advice as this was the first time I was dealing with hospice care. They took care of everything. Even to advise me to have an ambulance take her to the hospital as my mother got very sick. When she was discharged, royal majesty handled her transportation back to her home. I can not thank them enough for the best treatment anyone can have. The nurses who came to the house would call ahead and stay with my mom to chat. Sandra would see her on Saturdays and always did a full checkup on my mom. They took care of my mother with kindness, respect and professional care. When my mother finally passed, Dino was able to take care of some loose ends and came over with flowers. He helped with disposal of all her medication and was able to take some medical equipment. I cannot express enough how much they were there for me. I want to tell other people what a great company they are. I heard about the whole hospice scandal in the news. This is a legitimate company I can vouch for. If I had to have hospice for me, they would be my first phone call!!
