So this place is under new ownership because 2 years ago it was great. Now not so much. It's a CASH Only business now, maybe update your website, and yes we see that there are NO REFUNDS posted everywhere in the shop They fixed my 3 IPADS and charged me almost 300 which is up from 50 a screen from 2 years ago. The employee called on the phone and said if you can pay cash that is better. After leaving my debit card home with my daughter I drove to the store only to be told I can't pay with a credit card? I did not receive any response from the business after over a week., nor did I receive an acknowledgment or a follow up question. Not only did they have great reviews, but they also gave me a quote that beat the other places I've talked to AND had my screen in stock. It was a relief to find them working during COVID-19. They replaced the screen on my Galaxy S10 for under $250 and in less than 1 hour! The phone looks good as new after the repair and has been working great. I knew it was going to be pricey because the screen for the S10 is expensive, but prices for most other phones will be lower depending on the brand and model. It sure beats buying a new phone. I payed a deposit for an iphone camera last month after being given a quote. 1 week later I was told the part was on backorder. Fast forward to a few weeks later, I was told the part arrived. However, what the owner didn't tell me was that his "technician" was only available during the week. I told the owner that it was not possible to bring the phone in during the week due to work schedule. I then agreed to a refund. I returned to the shop on 05/22/23 in the morning and was told by the owner that he did not have cash and to return in the afternoon. I returned later during that day and was told that he was busy and forgot. The owner told me he would refund the deposit through either Zelle or Paypal. Fast forward days later and still no refund or phone call. I have since filed a complaint with BBB. Dishonest business! read more

I went in for a cracked screen. It might've been a crack in the screen protector, but I was about 80-90% sure it was the screen. I didn't want to remove the protector until I was ready to get the repair done for fear of letting the damage get worse. Well, the pro at Xpress couldn't be sure either until he took off the protector, but he did that in my presence and told me the truth. It was the protector, meaning he earned $17 off of me instead of $400-which he could have totally taken me for because I wasn't even thinking about protecting myself. I purchased an iphone from them and 4 days later the screen started to lift off from.the phone. They replaced it, 4 weeks after that that screen stopped working and they replaced it again. When they replaced it i asked him if it was good now and he said it was the same screen that apple uses so it is like new again. 4 weeks after that my child spilled water on the table and the phone. After a minute the screen started to flicker and then went dark so i brought it back again. Now hes telling me the adheasive they use isnt water resistant and that after he fixed the screen the phone was no longer water resistant. They are liars and theives, dont bring your phone to them or buy one there read more

I have never used a cell fixing place and was always scared of them. This one had a lot of reviews which I liked. My iPhone 11 Pro was damaged (from a quick dip in saltwater). Started talking thru Yelp email service and less than 24 hours later, me and my daughter's phones are like brand new....brand new screen, and haptics home button...boom....within 45 minutes, work done! Apple store said it would take 24 hours.....Wrong! And Apple store quoted way higher prices than this place. They even replaced both of our screen savers for free!!!! Thank you Cellfixers! This place is great! I sent in pics of my cracked screen to get a quote and he responded quickly! Asked if I can come in when they open on a Sunday. Got there a couple minutes early and he let me in. iPhone 6 screen was cracked and the home button wasn't working properly. He fixed it within 15 minutes. It works perfect now! So affordable and really great guy! It was $70 to fix the screen and he was really nice and since I was the only one there at that time we were just talking as if we knew each other. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their phones fixed at a much more affordable price. He threw in a screen protector for free which is awesome! read more

I had bought a iPad battery replacement kit from Amazon, but after receiving it I watched a video on how to actually replace it and found it to be too complicated. I'm pretty sure I would l have messed the whole thing up if I would have tried it myself. So, I took the iPad and kit to Xpress Cellfixers and they installed it in just a couple of hours. These guys are lifesavers!! My android decided to crash while on vacation. Phone would not charge, hold a charge and was deader then dead. I've always been a fan of Samsung, never had any issues and they've lasted me for years, until my 2 yr. old 6 edge decided to have a stroke, and I was afraid it could not be resuscitated. I stopped at a Tmobile store in FL and was told there was nothing they could do, and that I had to buy a new phone. Something told me this guy was wrong, so I went with my instinct and took my phone with me. I checked yelp, sent out a request for repair and quotes and Robert responded in less than 30 min. Out of 5 shops I sent request to, he was the most responsive and helpful. He assured me he had a battery in stock if I needed one. I thought for sure the battery was the problem, but when I went in the same day, he found the port was a bit corroded from moisture. I would've never guessed. Within 25 minutes Paul the tech removed and replaced port, checked the charge and voila, my phone was revived. He assured me a new battery was not needed and saved me from spending another $20. Total repair cost: $45. I was sooo happy and relieved I hadn't lost any data and could now trade in my cell for a new phone. Very honest guys and so helpful. 120 day warranty on port. My second review--iPhone SE front was no longer within its frame. The delightful young lady (enjoyed our brief conversation!!) suspected it was the battery, and quoted me $95 for the screen & the battery. $30 if it was only the battery. Within 10 minutes, she called to indicate that tit was not a swollen battery. After discussing how the phone got really hot when I was charging it, I decided to have the battery replaced as well as the screen. Since they had both parts, I was able to pick the phone up in 40 minutes. Quick fix. The phone looks great and is working as it should. Will be coming back to fix hubby's iPhone 7's cracked screen--quoted $70, 30 minutes to fix. Note: ask for a discount if I pay with cash! Recently cracked my whole entire screen from top to bottom on my iPhone 6. I called around a couple places to get some quotes and this place happened to have the best review on Yelp and also the best prices too. Most other places told me it would take a couple hours to do the repair but when I went here it literally took 15-20 minutes. It was unbelievably fast, I was definitely not expecting that. I didn't catch the owners names but they were both super cool and pretty laid back. Had some good and funny conversations with them while my phone was getting fixed. They threw in a free case and a tempered glass screen protector installed as well which was super cool. I definitely recommend this place for anyone that has any cell phone problems. Whether if it's a cracked screen or broken home button, they'll be able to fix it and fix it fast. They also have a nice selection of phones, tablets, and cases as well and the prices are actually really good.
