These folks are very nice and responsive but unfortunately we used them 3 times at my work and had to discontinue services due to things being missed every time. (ex. sweeping, wiping of counters etc.) They did always come back to rectify the issues but that is a hassle every time. Also some of the cleaners had to use a translator to communicate so that was a bit hard at times. They would be great if the cleaning just was more thorough. read more

Two wokers showed up at scheduled time for carpet cleaning, in a small car. I asked where their vacuum truck was. Not a word of English, nada. They worked for one hour with hand operated machines. They were unable to answer any of my questions. New tenants showed up two days later and complained aboiut the smell. I had to find a company that also deep cleans, shampoo carpets and Always Clean did it all. 3 ppl, $350 for cleaning + shampoo carpets in 3 areas $195. 4 hours nonstop they worked. Very thorough job - I inspected the windows and baseboards when they were done. I had them come over for a move in/move out cleaning (sort of) as a room opened up in my Oakland apartment and we all pitched in to get a full cleaning done. They steam cleaned the carpets on the staircase, landing, and the new tenant's bedroom (they look great!) and vacuumed my own room which I'd asked for. Floors were all mopped, inside of windows and counters wiped down, stove + fridge fully cleaned (as I'd removed all my foodstuff so they could do that), and they got to the kitchen counters and cabinets I asked for. Bathtub, all knobs, sparkling. What wasn't done was that my bathroom did have some hairs on the wall - I looked closer and the walls weren't wiped down at all so I ended up doing that myself. Overall, it took them four hours to take care of all of the house (living area, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms). All in all - affordable and would definitely recommend them again. read more

The house was not completely clean and I see dust in areas like window frames and switch boards. I don't recommend them for cleaning services. But they did a great job in carpet and floor cleaning. These guys were fantastic. Totally put our Rental House back in a condition to be able to show to new Tenants. The Carpets look almost new again. Kitchen is perfectly cleaned of any grease or grime. They were on time, very efficient, friendly, and cleaned about everything to perfection. My only suggestion is to make sure you're there near the end of the job to identify anything that needs further attention --- they are VERY VERY accommodating & will stay as long as you see anything needing attention. I hired Always Clean for my new home prior to moving in, and they did such an outstanding job! The place was quite dusty and dirty prior to moving in, but they left the place feeling like new. I never hired a cleaning company before and I was initially concerned given how picky I can get, but they definitely exceeded my expectations. Upon checking the home, I ran my finger along all the top of the cabinets and trims in every room and didn't find a speck of dust.
