I signed up for the full service design package, as I needed most help w the design and look of the wedding for a DIY venue (Darlington House), and Ashley nailed it! I wanted an experienced planner who knew the venue inside and out, has good taste, AND was calm and patient. Ashley has all of that to offer, and more! She delivered on time and on budget at every stage. She was calm and patient when I would spiral. I mean, what else can you ask for? 6 months later I am still amazed that Ashley left our daughter's wedding an hour before it was over and didn't tell us. I owe my special day to Ashley. She was my rock, my savior, my partner-in-crime during the insanity that is "planning a wedding". I told Ashley from the beginning that I was looking for someone I could team up with to help give me direction, honest feedback on my ideas, and creative ideas for a wonderful event. She was everything and more. I looked over her standard planning packages, shared what I felt I needed and didn't and she was able to create a custom package that worked with my budget. I have no idea how many emails we exchanged throughout the 10 months we worked together, but she was always prompt to respond, typically within a couple hours, but never more than a couple days. I loved that she would always provide 2+ vendors in a category so I could make the determination which would be the best for me; if I am 100% honest, I wish I had booked Always Flawless prior to getting my venue since I think I would have been exposed to some really cool, unique, and affordable locations. She handled much of my vendor communications, gaining quotes and finalizing logistics as the date got closer. PLANNING: Ashley makes you feel like you're her only client even when she's balancing multiple weddings. She's extremely responsive, mindful of the budget (as well as creative to stay within it and maintain high quality), always willing and excited to adjust when you change your mind on anything, and impressed me with her creativity and consistent professionalism. Ashley is FANTASTIC. She is seriously a lifesaver! A little background: My husband and I booked our wedding through the Hornblower cruises in San Diego, Ca. Although the yacht is very beautiful with an amazing venue, it doesn't come with much decoration. It comes with the basic linens and dinnerware, and that's about it. They allow you to bring two boxes of decorations that they will gladly put out for you, but with 80 guests and 20 or so tables, that's not much. They do give you the option to allow a family or friend to come put decorations up two hours before the wedding! So that was going to be my original option. That was until I realized that I didn't know how to put center pieces together, and when/if I finally had a plan... Who was I going to trust to put it all out? Most of the people I thought of, were going to be with me getting ready and taking pictures before the ceremony! The thought had even crossed my mind, if I should do it... But that thought only lasted a few seconds before I laughed. I was having nightmares and anxiety with how it was all going to play out! Until I went cake tasting with my husband 4 weeks before the wedding at Cute Cakes! At the appointment they gave me a list of vendors that they work along side with. I came across Always Flawless Productions and decided to do a little research! I fell head over heals with every wedding event photo I saw! However, I saw that they were wedding event coordinators, and I already had that. I decided to call the company anyway and ask if they would be willing to just come in and decorate my yacht! Ashley and Emma also made the best recommendations to enhance our wedding while still remaining in budget. One example was a live musician. Originally, we weren't planning on having one, but they found a singer that fell in the budget and it was one of the best decisions we made! Ashley at Always Flawless Productions was absolutely amazing! We were adamant about wanting to hire a day of coordinator so we could relax and enjoy our big day; I can easily say that hiring Ashley was the best decision we made! Ashley not only rocked it on the day of, but she helped way more than just day of! She started getting involved about a month out and made things so much easier leading up to our big day. The day of the wedding went smoothly and everything went off without a hitch. Ashley handled everything herself behind the scenes so neither my husband nor myself even knew about any hiccups. The only snag that I noticed was that the DJ called on the first person to make a toast and the servers hadn't poured the champagne yet (even though Ashley had very clearly communicated the timing of this to the hotel staff). Ashley was within eye shot, I simply smiled and tipped my glass to her from across the room. She nodded and the next thing I knew there were servers everywhere pouring champagne for us and our guests. Hiring her also saved us tons of money!! She easily paid for herself and then some with all of the set up and delivery fees that we were able to save on. And I'm confident that she did a far better job than if each vendor had handled it all themselves. During our wedding we received many compliments, of course all the usual (beautiful dress, gorgeous location, good food, etc) but the first compliment many guests said (yes, it literally rivaled the beautiful bride compliments) was that our wedding had been the smoothest wedding they had ever been to. Before you read this review I feel the need to give you a little background on my husband and I. My husband is a very detail oriented engineer who wanted everything to be taken care of. If there was an issue he wanted it handled without having to know about it. I am a meticulous, control freak assistant. Needless to say, Ashley had to balance our two different personalities and my need TO KNOW. We hired Ashley as our coordinator for our wedding November 14th, 2015. I contacted her frequently for vendor suggestions and she provided awesome recommendations. She handled our vendor clearance forms for the venue and made sure everything was on time! Let me tell you, the day of our wedding I was forgetting things left and right. Every time I called her to panic SHE ALREADY HAD IT ALL FIGURED OUT. It was so nice that I actually got to relax a little and not think of anything. She had picked up all the wedding materials, place settings, decor, everything a few days before and it was all perfect when we arrived. She handled conflict between our photographers and the venue with grace and even had a one on one conversation with the priest when we expressed our concerns with his attitude. Ashley is the BEST! For over a year we thought "oh we don't need a wedding coordinator, we can just do it ourselves"....then came the week before the wedding. Even though we had a relatively "smallish" wedding (70 guests including wedding party at my grandmothers house)...once you get close to the date it feels like there are a million little things to do on the day of the wedding and we realized we would be busy doing other things (and we wanted to enjoy the day). If you are debating a wedding coordinator...in my opinion, it was the single best choice we made for our wedding. I honestly can not see anything going as planned if we did not have Ashley there to run things (not to mention we would have been so stressed and busy running around it would have made our great day a total bummer). Once the stress hit us a week before the wedding, we reached out to Ashley because of all of her great reviews. She responded super quick with a detailed message and was able to meet us ASAP to discuss our plans. We knew from the first few minutes of talking with her that she really knew what she was doing! She took over all our plans and we finally felt like we could breath. She contacted all of our vendors and sent a detailed timeline to them so everyone was on the same page. Our wedding was a bit out of town (Fallbrook, which is about 45 min from San Diego area without traffic) but Ashley had no issues with making the drive 3 separate times. She met us a few days after our initial meeting in La Mesa so she could walk our venue and get all of the details. She spent a couple hours there with us making sure we went over everything. She then met us again the day before the wedding to make sure everything was on track and run our wedding party through the rehearsal. She was totally amazing and knew exactly what needed to happen and made the necessary adjustments to make sure everything ran smoothly. She made our family and wedding party feel comfortable and answered all the questions anyone had. The day of the wedding Ashley was the first person there and the last to leave, she spent well over 12 hours on her feet running around to make our day perfect! We literally did not have one issue and everything ran smoother than I could have ever thought. Without all the stress we were able to really enjoy our day and soak in all of the fun with family and friends. I am not sure the exact number of wedding she has done but it has got to be a lot because she knew exactly what and when to do everything. She communicated with all the vendors flawlessly and made sure to keep us informed through out the whole day. I could not imagine my wedding running so smoothly without the experience and poise of Ashley, our Day of Event Coordinator. Having an "events" background I was so relieved that Ashley could handle the gamut of duties: running our rehearsal to packing our car at the end of our wedding night, Ashley seemed to be tending to all our vendor, guests, and bridal needs from dawn to dusk. There is nothing Ashley can't do!!! She made our dream wedding in Yosemite a reality. Actually, she was the first vendor we even booked- and no regrets whatsoever! She can cater packages to fit what you need, and for us it worked out wonderfully to have her help in researching venues so that we could compare what it would cost if we did a wedding in Yosemite vs. San Diego (local). We chose Yosemite!!! Thanks to Ashley for breaking down all the costs and research of venue sites. We then had Ashley for our month of and day of coordination. I tell ya, as soon as the month came up we were so relieved to have Ashley by our side. She made the magic happen, and worked through all the final details with our florists, dj, officiants, venue coordinator, and the schedule for the entire bridal party. Looking back, I can't even imagine everything that would have gone wrong or been chaos if she hadn't been there with her husband to help. She brought up all the decor, made sure to handle all the questions from family on where to be and when. Not to mention we threw a fun curve ball and had two wedding ceremonies on the same day plus a parade on the road as my groom rode in on a white horse. She rolled with it, and made sure it all happened as smoothly as possible. I also truly appreciated how calm she kept me and I felt assured that if anything did come up, Ashley had it covered and taken care of. I am tremendously grateful for her and her husband. Amazing coordinator! We were recommended by our wedding photographer and we are so happy Ashley did our day-of coordination. From the beginning Ashley was always receptive to my many emails no matter how big or small. I also liked how she offered so many helpful tools for me to use throughout the planning process. I wanted a hands-on planning process but needed some extra help on the day of because I didn't want to worry about a thing.
