Recognizing the need for a quick set of groceries, I stopped by this Ralphs with my wife a few days ago. It is a good store with most items in stock. The layout of the store wasn't too different than my regular Fry's stores. It was also well-labeled at the top of each aisle, so I was able to find what I was looking for rather quickly. I was looking for a few specific items from bottled water to sunscreen (summer essentials) and a few snacks. From end-caps to the regular aisles, everything I was looking for was in stock, and I was able to easily check out at a self-checkout station on the way out. I had to remind myself that there was a surcharge for bags (paper not plastic) which was fine as I was able to carry the items to my car. May wife and I did roam the Ralph's website before we went inside to see what was on sale. Ironically, any digital coupons added for Fry's were automatically also added for Ralph's, which saved me the hassle of doing so again. There were a lot of digital coupons available for already low prices. If you go to their website (https://www.ralphs.com), you can find digital coupons, the weekly ad, holiday promotions, 4X gift card promotions, meal planning and recipes, a store locator, and Boost membership information (along with other information). Boost is a special membership that includes double fuel points, unlimited free delivery, streaming options (free Disney+ bundle with ads), and member exclusive offers all for $99 per year. If you're already paying for the Disney+ bundle with ads, you may be able to pay a bit less and get Boost for free. While there are many grocery stores around the country, the Kroger stores including Ralph's are special, and I certainly recommend it to others!

However, when it was my turn, his demeanor completely changed. He barely spoke a word to me, avoided basic customer-service interactions, and seemed annoyed by my presence from the start. At one point, I apologized for having several packs of hot dog buns, and he simply ignored me. The only thing he said to me during the entire transaction was asking for my ID for alcohol. He didn't greet me, didn't ask if I wanted bags, didn't thank me, and generally acted as though he couldn't be bothered to acknowledge me at all. He silently scanned my items and then stared at me when it was time to pay. What made the contrast even more noticeable was that before I had even finished checking out, he had already started joking and chatting with the man behind me in line, just as he had with the customer before me. The difference in how he treated me compared to the men around me was impossible to ignore and came across as incredibly rude and, frankly, sexist. The bright spot of this experience was Jilly, who was helping bag groceries. She was kind, friendly, and genuinely pleasant. Her professionalism and warmth were the only reason this visit wasn't a complete negative. Customer service should be consistent for everyone. Unfortunately, Jason made me feel unwelcome and dismissed, while Jilly demonstrated exactly how customers should be treated.

Today, I decided to try one of their breakfast sandwiches! That's a new edition to their menu! Had their veggie breakfast sandwhich which had egg, herbed mozzarella cheese,spinach, and avocado!! BOMB! They are always friendly with their service! Their sandwiches are all reasonably priced also!! Their store has all organic produce and healthy pressed juices, fresh made salads daily, and so much more! So glad it's walking distance from my job!

My husband visited this location yesterday. When he arrived, he said that only one tote color was available, so he picked one up and continued shopping. Later, he noticed that additional colors had been stocked, so he grabbed three more, staying within the four‑bag limit. At checkout, the cashier assumed my husband had already purchased a bag earlier. When my husband explained that he had not yet paid for the one bag he had initially picked up, the cashier insisted he did and that allowing him to purchase another bag would not be fair because some people buy additional bags to resell. He really felt being stereotyped. We are not resellers, he was simply purchasing the permitted quantity for a family celebration. But come to think of it, there is nothing wrong with people reselling the totes, as they purchased them legally and did not steal them.

When we attempted to use them, we were unable to access the funds. We contacted both Amazon and Vons, but neither was able to resolve the issue. While this may have been the result of gift card fraud rather than the store itself, I wanted to share our experience so others can be extra cautious when purchasing gift cards. Check packaging carefully and keep all receipts.

Just Peachy carries organic produce, vegetables, frozen food, cage free eggs, organic dairy products, honey, herbal teas, organic juices, Ice cream, snacks, frozen sections and more. They have produce and flower stands outside. The market place is very clean and organized. The staff were very friendly. The vegetables and the fruits were really fresh. It is a great market to stop by and find organic produce and more.

Then we saw that they made fresh juice. I am fanatical of fresh juices. So right away ordered one for me. My daughter got one for herself too. They offer disposable cups or for a dollar a glass for the juice. I got one at f their combinations and it was pretty good. My daughters was make your own. She picked her veggies and fruit. They have a variety of baked goods and they were great. We took some home too. They had hot food and cold food as well. Plenty of delicious desserts. They also have a big variety of products from health supplements to regular groceries. It was big. I wish I could've had time for that. I was happy with what I got there.
