I was overwhelmed by the talent and friendliness of the staff. Kathleen gave me a full balayage. The whole process took a few hours (I have a lot of hair), but Kathleen gave me her full attention the whole time and walked me through each step. She did the full balayage, a wash and toner, and then a cut and style. So much attention to detail. Near or far, I highly recommend Kathleen! I had heard great things about this salon! While I can't speak to the experience of getting your hair done here, I can speak to the nail experience and the lack of customer service following errors. My mom surprised me with a wonderful spa day 2 days before my wedding. I was so excited to spend the day with her. We had booked a mini facial, massage, and nails. The day was several hours long and a lunch was supposed to be included, but the day-of we find out that it's not and that our package had transferred from the previous salon/spa. So a lot of this experience is exacerbated by the fact that we were completely starving -- we got there around 9:30/10am and I didn't get home until 3pm, so not having a lunch was very unexpected. But I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and also understand that they were doing their best. The massage and facial were both fine. The really negative experience was my nails. Please look at these photos. These were taken as soon as I got home and is how I left the salon -- breaks and uneven nails and all. I've never in my life had a manicure so unbelievably and laughably bad, and the staff knew that these were my wedding nails. I did not ask for anything out of the ordinary -- just a standard gel mani with a French tip. Of course with my nails completely destroyed 2 days before my wedding, I left afterwards and had to fix them myself, because I couldn't get in anywhere else on such short notice and my weekend was obviously already pretty booked. Now, my mom gave her card info in advance for the package. Since it was already a pretty high stress situation and we had a lot of other planning details to attend to, my mom called a few days later after the wedding to tell them about the negative experience. Oh, I also forgot to mention that they charged us MORE than the originally agreed upon package price, despite not including lunch and completely botching my nails. So my mom calls and asks for at least a partial refund for my nails. They outright refuse. Please please please do NOT get your nails done here. Every nail tech I have shown these photos to has been completely aghast at how horrible these look. I could have done (and did end up having to do) better myself.

A few relatives of mine went here to get their hair styled for a wedding reception. My relatives hair is down to her lower back. On top of that, the stylist tries to charge extra for washing and blow drying my relatives long hair just because it was long. Rude stylists and staff, when we called to discuss this behavior with the owner, the girl who picked up the phone would not put us through to the owner and gave fake excuses as to why - saying the owner had clients all day but at the same time was not present in the salon. We will never come back to this salon.

My boyfriend has never noticed my eyebrows before but even he noticed how fabulous they looked! I have very sensitive skin and tend to burn in that area. My technician was really focused and spent time redoing nails if it looked wonky. Unfortunately, she did not catch everything (and neither did I until it was too late to go back). Some of my nails are different lengths, there are edges/corners that are missing polish. One of my nails has a .5cm section that didn't get the last coat of color so it's two toned. Overall, the nails still look fine from far away but I don't feel like I got the quality I was looking for for the price. Everyone was very friendly and it is clean inside!

She effectively removed 1/3 of my right eyebrow. I supplied a picture for reference if the bold arches I was seeking. I was also careful to warn big eyebrows are in. Now I have teeny thin brows I have to pencil and powder the crap out of for my wedding. What's worse is she left behind the hairs I wanted gone. Leaving sparse missed hairs.
