I requested a cleaning for my house at move out. I was quoted 3 hours, and asked for a carpet cleaning. I was charged the 3 hours but told carpet cleaning was a separate service. The cleaners came and could barely do half of my house in the 3 hours quoted, and had to leave immediately to another house. They were confused and disappointed as to the scheduling left them driving over 4 hours that day. I was called back and quoted 3 more hours to finish. Even though I advised them several times that some things would be staying for future renters, the cleaners took several things out of closets and left it on my main house walkway for prospective renters to trip over!! They NEVER cleaned this main stone walkway even after 6 hours at my house! They NEVER cleaned part of my 3rd room. Multiple times they tried to blame me for it taking too long because it wasn't completely empty. Aside from one wheeled bed, I have a few things like linens and odds and ends, but no major furniture was present. Apparently an occupied house or one being rented is out of their understanding and capability. I had to ask about the carpet cleaners multiple times before they were actually scheduled. They did a decent job but left some smell (however that was another company) This company had the nerve to later call back not to check on my house but to offer a monthly cleaning. I inquired why part of my house was never cleaned even with paying for 6 hours. I was never contacted back! Clearly they figured since I was moving out they could do a piss-poor job. I am now 1000 miles away with a pile of stuff taken out of closets and left on a neglected entryway by the cleaners. TLDR: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! read more

I wish zero stars was a choice. I was very clear in the beginning of what I needed, a move out clean. Getting a house ready to put on market. They were supposed to come out, clean the entire home, and be done by 4pm. The crew were 2 of the slowest women I've ever seen. I have security cameras in my house, and you can actually see them just going back and forth, but not cleaning. When they started to pull out the products, they were Fabulosa, which gives me a headache. So they had to use the better product they had. When I came back at 4, because I had my realtor meeting me at 5, they were nowhere near done. I had to keep asking one of them to do things that the other lady said was done, but then she admitted she hadn't got to it. I should not have to check up on them. Then the last thing she did was mop, so I could not go back in and check everything. I live an hour away, so I came back a few days later and found the grout on tile had not been clean, as well as many other places. The house was supposed to be cleaned as if someone could move in. This was more of a surface clean. They were there until 6:40pm. More than 2 1/2 hours longer than they should have been, and my house looked like ? No, I do not want this company to send out more slow workers to waste my time, I live out of town! I had 2 phone calls with this company while they were there, and believe me, they care more about themselves than their customers, because you've already provided the credit card. Untrustworthy company. I wouldn't recommend anyone make the mistake I did by trusting this company. The top priority one should find in their cleaning company is trustworthiness. The actions of the representatives of the company illustrate the core values the company hold. Why either of the ladies who came to work on our home and decided to steal from us is a mystery to me.. Perhaps the company is not adequately paying their employees? I presumed the inflated price meant we would receive the highest standard of professionalism, but I was wrong. We paid $440 for the deep cleaning service and then $80 was additionally stolen from us. I entrusted this company to respect my home, and send cleaners who would respect the law. I purchased a pricey deep cleaning service, and was left with a semi-clean home and cash missing from a nightstand drawer. When I spoke to Jose (the manager/owner) regarding the thievery he reassured me that they'd do a thorough investigation and get back to me early the next day. At close of business, the following day I received a call back in which he said they don't believe any money was stolen, and he hoped i find it. He said this even after I told him I moved the entire nightstand to triple checked every possible area the cash could've fallen or been misplaced before calling him. It was very unfortunate for me to even make the phone call about the robbery to the company. I hated having to report that to someone's employer because I can understand hard times. We got 2 people for 2 hours each and had our priority list the same as we had last time when we used another service. A deep clean of our 2.5 baths base boards and blinds through out the house. The oven and sink if time permits. They only got through the bathrooms and only downstairs baseboards and blinds and time was up. When I came home that evening, i would damages to the baseboards in almost every room of the house. There were streaks of paint and wood that was gauged out of the baseboards. TWO months later, the owner send a painter to attempt to fix the damages. The paint that was used did not even match the color of the baseboards as well as even coming close to fixing the underlying damage to the baseboards!. After my wife did a search of belongings, she notice a envolope of money was missing from a computer drawer. After contacting your company about the theft, the managers response was that the maid could not have done such a thing. After not hearing from you, as if you were sweeping theissue under the rug, I decided to take action. I have not hear from you or seen any evidence of an investigation. With that said, I will continue to press the issue until: 1. I get my stolen money back or 2. You fire the worker for theft. Your company should be liable for the action of your workers. In addition, you are enabling the workers to continue to steal from clients as long as you keep sweeping things under the rug. You mentioned my son being home. He is 11 and was on his playstation the whole time. It was not his job to follow your work around to make sure she does her job or does steal anything. I had the most horrible experience with this company! We paid for a full house clean which was supposed to include all of the services listed on their website. They didn't even come close to finishing all of the items listed! Multiple items of furniture not dusted, counters not wiped in kitchen and bathrooms. Visible dust In The shower, so they definitely weren't scrubbed let alone rinsed off. Appliances weren't wiped down, baseboards not dusted, light fixtures not dusted. Seriously it was so bad !! My mother in law bought this cleaning for our family because o had been so busy working in the hospital during Covid that I had a hard time keeping up with the housework. This ended up being more work than if I just did it myself! After their cleaning I got home at 9pm from work and was unable to call them. I left to go out of town for the weekend and contacted them when I got back. They refused to refund or have their staff come back out. The first time using a cleaning service and was extremely disappointed. I paid to have my home deep cleaned and that did not happen. Dust and cobwebs left behind. Carpets not vacummed behind doors. Kitchen sink not cleaned. I called to complain and the response was to send the same person to make the job right. I was angry that they would send the same person to clean up the mess. It was like teaching my child how to clean. Whatever they used on my bathtub left a large black spot. I was told they couldn't remove it. After reading several reviews, I have to admit that generally I am quite satisfied with the job since I hate cleaning. I have had several different personnel coming into my house for cleaning, my rationale is if it's the same person cleaning, she/he would be familiar with my house; I have yet to be lucky to get same personnel coming to the house. There were times when there were several people came to the house without my knowledge, I was told they are supervisors - why they end up chatting instead of cleaning is beyond me. The supposedly supervisor acted as if I don't exist; a courtesy introducing herself would be a great start, less talking & less noise in the house would also be a huge plus. Although the lady who came was professional and worked quickly the communication gap and lack of management prepping them for how to communicate caused my paying for 2 hours to be a total waste!! I was instructed to write in order my priorities. #1 was kitchen floor GROUT , #2 was master bath floor GROUT (I even underlined GROUT). My goal was to whiten it so I could seal (mind was not really bad i had cleaned with baking soda / water / vinegar last month - I just wanted done again then I would seal because it's SO time consuming) I showed her list as I read it. She said ok and started in bathroom. (Even though I said kitchen #1) after a hour I checked and saw she was cleaning all bathroom and GROUT looked the same. I asked her and she said it doesn't come clean - I said yes I do it myself . She said her product doesn't. Showed me general Clorox spray cleaner. I showed her soft scrub with bleach, she tried - and it worked! Then she said she could do, but not enough time.... I called her office and explained saying she obviously had language barriers and I was very clear verbally and in writing. He proceeded to say they don't do GROUT?!! And that she worked within her perimeters.. I said if she knew that then the natural thing to say when someone clearly specifies GROUT is "we don't scrub just MOP" (my floors were already clean ). Then I could have redirected her to clean the stupid 14 sets of wood blinds I have in the house that I hate cleaning the supervisor wouldn't even give me ONE more hour of cleaning to get some needed work done! Super bad customer service - when the error was identified as them needing to place some safe guards around the communication gaps that will happen if the customer doesn't speak Spanish!! Guess I'll be scrubbing my GROUT after work. I still tipped the cleaning lady.. she tried and it wasn't her fault!! To Response: will credit you one hour on next two services? I'm not going to schedule your company again - I would have given you another chance had when I called and asked for an hour to replace the hour that she used doing things NOT on my list (that you told me to write and go over with her). But no you couldn't do that. You don't do grout. That's not the issue. And actually she said she would with using MY cleaner (which by the way with soft scrub with bleach you could let sit and mop, not damaging scrubbing) but said at that point a hour into the appointment- she wouldn't have time to complete. Usually one or two ladies come and work for approximately 2.5 hours; they do the jobs I only used to get to once a year, and of course they also do the everyday bathroom, kitchen, etc. I always feel like I can take a big deep breath after they leave my home - you know that feeling of 'ah yea'! The owner of the company has made a point to saying that if anything is not up to our expectations that he will have someone out to make it right - but even as picky as I am about a clean home, I have never needed to complain. I also called the company once because my son was moving out of his home to sell it and the home needed a deep cleaning. The appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM Saturday morning, 4 days after he reached out to me. It was the last weekend of the month so that was absolutely amazing. I also had to ask that the appointment be a bit later in the day which he accommodated. I mention this because I want people to know he took the extra effort. The crew arrived on time, ready to work. They were absolutely WONDERFUL. Michelle and her partner (unfortunately I can not remember the name) were amazing. They were accommodating, efficient and effective. They wanted to make sure where I wanted them to work and if I had any special request. The situation was more a move out than a routine cleaning, some rooms were not empty, after a walk through they suggested I leave door open on the rooms to be done. They started and they finished, nothing need any additional attention when they were done. The worst customer service and owner I have ever dealt with. I had them come and deep clean my parents house because they are older and can't deep clean themselves, about 6 days later when I visited their house noticed MANY things that were missed and not done AT ALL!! (I.e. door frames, base boards, tiles in the restroom) when I called to speak to owner he told me that he can't do anything about it and kicker is that he didn't even apologize or even attempt to make it better what so ever. I understand that it is almost a week later that I called but some of the things my mom didn't notice until I visited their house. The owner kept giving me excuses and didn't want to make things better. Very disappointed, DO NOT use this company very unprofessional and very disappointed in management and especially the owner. They showed up an hour late to the house for a deep cleaning. I contacted Jose after they were 30 minutes late and he contacted them to see what was going on. Jose was very easy to talk to and willing to help. The ladies seemed nice enough. Both were American and were not hard to communicate with. They told me to return after about 3.5 hours and as I was out Jose called to see how it was going and said they told him it would be another 30 minutes. I told him I would let him know when I got home. When I returned at the indicated time they were frantically still trying to clean and mop the floor in the whole house. The walls still had marks on them and the base boards were not cleaned. I asked if they could go around the door knobs where my two year old had left prints in my room and the master bath. They had cleaned out the refrigerator as an added bonus because they were late. They seemed in a hurry and quickly mopped up and then gathered the things they brought to leave. I really didn't get to do a real walk through before they left because the floor was wet. After it dried I noticed the kitchen looked great, but the floor was very sticky and streaky. I had to mop again after. The guest bathroom had the same hard water stains as when I left. I had to clean it again. The baseboards were not cleaned, but most of the doors were cleaned pretty good. The blinds were not cleaned very well. I found food on one. It was very hit and miss. Some things looked great and others looked like they were not even attempted. I'm still debating if I will use them again and just do a better walk through and be more persistent about the quality of all the things they should have done, or if I should try someone that I won't need to worry about. read more
