After 15…read moreminutes and 325 dollars later the tech said we were "all set" after getting home from work I went to check on the mess my wife said they left, a solid inch of sewage was left on the floor where the clogged drain was, the best part was when I went to the toilet in our basement and was greeted by a scene from trainspotting with feces and sewage all over my toilet and floor. Upon flushing said toilet it overflowed and so did the drain that was "all set" after 3 calls with no answer we informed them we would be cancelling the check. On a side note Fletcher drain came out that night unclogged the severely clogged drain and the secondary clog that we had from the clog, it took him an hour and cost me $255 I thanked him and tipped him for coming out at 10 at night and answering my call.

A week ago, Paylessforoil.com made a delivery at my house and damaged the hose bib which is located right next to my oil fill pipe. This caused water to gush from the broken pipe outside my house and flow down into my basement, causing a pretty significant flood with ankle deep water in parts of the basement. We have tons of things that were damaged by the water and Lisa has been cleaning stuff out of the basement since so we can throw it away. Hopefully our washer and dryer are ok as it's hard to tell if anything was wet and may cause issues down the road. I've been trying to work with them for a week, but have had little success in talking to anyone other than the receptionist and office manager. I keep being told that the photos and video we sent (of the driver's hose getting snagged on something and then he pulls on it) were forwarded to "management" but whomever they are cannot be bother to call me, I guess. We've been a customer of Paylessforoil.com for 13 years and this is how they are treating us. Only after threatening a small claims suit did the president of the company get back to me. Sent an email, couldn't be bother to call. He essentially told me to pound sand and terminated our account. All of this could have likely been resolved with a simple phone call.

Service person arrived at about 0930. Replaced inop component. "Out the door" by about 10:00. Maybe I got lucky. What kind of a company responds that quickly? I may have the answer...a really well staffed, responsive, well trained company. My heating system is oil...but I have to assume similar responses to other systems. Don't waste your time "looking around"...try these guys.
