Jason worked diligently with the Bosch tech advisor and while listening to their conversation trying to solve the problems we all came to the same conclusion that the costs of replacing major components would be ill advised and another route would have to be taken. After talking with Chad we realized it would be best and more cost effective to replace the unit with a current model of the same Bosch furnace. The order was placed and received Friday morning early and Jason and Chad were promptly on site to begin the swap/installation of the new furnace. Their professionalism and efficiency was well appreciated. The minor problems they ran into in making the swap were quickly resolved and in the end they effectively had the furnace up and running with much appreciation from us. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any future work that might be needed.

When he arrived, he noted that it had to be replaced as it was corroded at the bottom (and water was leaking). He purchased one and had it installed the next day! I know not everybody is always able to make accommodations like that, but I appreciate him taking my small children into consideration. He was reasonable, reliable, and efficient. After he completed the job, he also followed through the next day by checking in to make sure everything was working properly!
