We had Best Choice AC Duct Cleaning, Eric, come and clean our ducts. We just bought a house and…read morethe ducts were in really bad shape with your typical mold issues here in FL and wanted to get them clean. He seemed to be very reasonable with his pricing so I went ahead and hired him to do the work. He said he would need to come do three treatments with the last treatment to use the machine to suck all the stuff out of the ducts since they were so bad. By the second treatment visit we paid him in full and he never showed for the third treatment. I tried emailing, texting and calling him with no success in reaching him. I also tried his Facebook page which did not show up. It has been a few weeks now and we are still waiting with no response from him. He gave me a business card and so I searched the web using that information he gave me with no luck. We are still waiting for the final visit to complete his work. I would not advice him for cleaning your duct work and have learned a lesson to not pay someone until the work is complete. I also though it a little odd that he did not have a ladder with him, he needed to borrow a spray bottle along with a little bit of bleach. I would have thought that a professional would have all materials and supplies that were needed. I defiantly would go with someone else to clean your ducts. I do not recommend Best Choice AC Duct Cleaning.
