I got the unit home and installed it, and for a few months it worked great. The past few weeks however, it started having trouble with the drain pump. It wouldnt complete the wash cycle and stopped with error codes on tje screen due to the drain pump sporadically not working. I'm a handy guy so I took the back cover off expecting to just replace the drain pump with a new unit off amazon or something. Too my horror I found that this company attempted replacing 2 wires to the drain pump that had previously worn through, by twisting new wires together with the old wires to make a bypass/patch. The wires were only electrical taped together. No connectors. No solder joints. Just a twist and a prayer. These wires are 110volt AC wires to the pump that came loose, were arcing and sparking and very well could have burned my house down! I REPAIRED THE WASHER MYSELF PROPERLY, and all is well now. Do yourself a favor and dont buy from this company if you value your loved ones and the home you made together.....

After my concern was brushed off by the handyman sent out to look at it, I reached out to this company to come and investigate my dryer. They were very clear that while they may not get the smell to stop, they would at least find out if my dryer could be the culprit. The tech that arrived was experienced, and soon discovered that the smell was coming from the electrical panel for the home, located in that room!
