Then a second burner went out. Our house was about to go on the market and we called Ivanhoe Appliance Service. Ed came out the same day that we called. He was able to fix the one burner on the spot and then gave us the option to order the needed parts on our own from Amazon or he could order them from his distributor. We chose to order ourselves for a significant savings. Ed returned a few days later and installed the ordered parts and now we have a perfectly working stove. I described the problem and he planned to show withing two hours or less ... on a Sunday afternoon! My refrigerator came back online and I contacted Igor to make him aware and cancel my appointment. He understood and just simply cancelled my appointment without fuss or cost.
