Buyer BEWARE!!! I purchased a newer whirpool washing machine from this place because it was a deal at just under $400. I got the unit home and installed it, and for a few months it worked great. The past few weeks however, it started having trouble with the drain pump. It wouldnt complete the wash cycle and stopped with error codes on tje screen due to the drain pump sporadically not working. I'm a handy guy so I took the back cover off expecting to just replace the drain pump with a new unit off amazon or something. Too my horror I found that this company attempted replacing 2 wires to the drain pump that had previously worn through, by twisting new wires together with the old wires to make a bypass/patch. The wires were only electrical taped together. No connectors. No solder joints. Just a twist and a prayer. These wires are 110volt AC wires to the pump that came loose, were arcing and sparking and very well could have burned my house down! I REPAIRED THE WASHER MYSELF PROPERLY, and all is well now. This place is horrible. Waited weeks for them to fix a dryer we paid $195 for. They kept saying they needed pieces and a week would go by and NO ONE would show up or bring these pieces they had to order and wait for. Finally they replaced the machine with a machine that's constantly making a squeaking noise and is now not fully drying. The same problem as the previous machine. The button to even swap the cycles is broken and has been since I received the "new" machine. I'm so upset. I thought I could deal with the noise but now it isn't even drying on a full cycle. I wouldn't recommend this place at all Updated to say when I called originally the owner or manager who ever was upset about my original review and said even though you had all that to say we are still working on this for you. What a joke because obviously he was too upset to do anything. Waited over a week for them to contact me after they found all the countless tickets and paperwork for all the pieces and parts they supposedly replaced or fixed and they can't seem to find them all or need another 2-3 weeks to find these papers. He told me he found a ticket from forever ago when I purchase the original machine Aug 15th and contacted them 3 weeks later because it was broken. I waited weeks and weeks for them to come and replace parts or check the machine which never got fixed. They came and replaced parts ONCE and all the other times we were waiting on parts his people never replaced them and I had to hunt them down to come back around because they supposedly had to order these pieces they never replaced. Was also told their people provided me with all this paperwork and when told no one gave me any paperwork for any of the work or even the replacement machine they brought which is broken. I was basically called a liar and told I probably threw those imaginary papers away and didn't notice BUT I kept the receipt for the original purchase . Nothing is being done about the broken replacement because supposedly he spoke to his guys and the person who dropped it off said the noise the machines been making was never there! Even after telling me to call if I had any issues because they replaced the belt and the noise should have stopped. I then asked about warranty on this new machines because it took them the entire warranty for the original machine to replace the original broken machine I purchased from them. The person who dropped it off told me if I have any problems just contact them and it will be okay. Well that was a lie and when I told the manager or owner who ever this he told me well did they give me paperwork. I said no. He said well this is a lesson for you. Always get paperwork. Basically telling me I'm screwed. Not to mention we brought a Samsung and they replaced with with a GE which is obviously priced differently . Overall it's been a horrible experience and I will never go back. No attempt to make this right knowing you sold us trash and then proceeded to replace it with more trash. read more

Horrible experience. Do not have a refrigerator that I ordered and refuses to give me my money back. I ordered an refrigerator from Bob, he charged me money for the refrigerator and delivery fee. Driver came out said refrigerator was to big that he couldn't deliver it. Bob called me to set up another delivery and said there was an $65 deference from refrigerators and that there would be an delivery charge for the second. I didn't like this however we agreed on a second price. From today's conversation he said that I didn't ask to charge my card however I remember asking him to do that. He said they would try at the end of the week to deliver the refrigerator that would fit. He called that morning to say they were pack and could not get it out for the morning delivery and that he would call me around noon to see if they could get it on the afternoon schedule. On Tuesday after Labor day got a call from the delivery driver to schedule delivery between 11 and 1, no mention that I owed them anything, I had thought that Bob charged my card for the second try. Drivers arrive to our home, we had a neighbor meet them. I got a call from the neighbor that they wanted to collect a code. I was done with them. I told them to return the refrigerator and to refund me my money. Now a week and half later he called me after I left a message for him to pay me my return yesterday. We talked today he refused to return my complete refund, he wanted to take a half of a deliver charge from it and for me to take my review down from Google. I said no that I need my full refund. I have no product from them, there deliveries were not made, one dew to them not willing to take doors and brackets off and one from them not communicating that there was money due before second delivery. I do not recommend this company, they expect getting paid for not fulfilling their commitment to their customers. I consider this thief and would not recommend using this company for anything in the future. I will continue to pursue getting my refund from them. Stay away from this company in my opinión. BUYER's BEWARE!!!!!!!! I am so disappointed in the lack of service I have received from Robert, Bob and Perez! I purchased a refurbished refrigerator and a new dishwasher! I was assured the filter would be changed, the refrigerator cleaned, the doors leveled and all missing pieces replaced! I had a friend come and let the delivery guys in to set it up. I was shocked to come home to an incredible mess! Water all over the floor, no water coming out of the door, doors uneven and machine rocking! There is a supposed 60 day warranty but they charge you a restocking fee if you return the appliance even though they did not honor what was explained in the store. The dishwasher does not work and doesn't fit in my space even though I was specific about the dimensions! I understand mistakes happen but for them not to honor their word and make the customer pleased is unconscionable! When I spoke with Robert about my issues he just continually regurgitated "we don't lie". I think management doth protest too much! Refurbished is a true understatement! Pictures to follow! Think twice about buying reburbished at Appliance Warehouse and save yourself time and money by going to a scratch and dent place such as Appliance Stockade! Appliances are actually new and heavily discounted because of scratches and dents vs filthy and questionable! I purchased a refrigerator in September and after a few months the freezer portion was no longer freezing anything. I called and spoke with the owner, Bob, who exchanged it for another and can't be happier with the customer service I received. Also, the father and daughter who delivered the new refrigerator were so very nice and professional. I would not hesitate at all recommending this business to anyone. These guys WIN on customer service. My husband reached out to order a specific grill for the Fourth of July. They were sold out, so they ordered him that same one to be delivered Mon/Tues (the 4th was Thurs). Welp, Murphy's Law... Fedex didn't deliver. Appliance Warehouse spent all morning on the phone with Fedex trying to track down the grill before driving 30+ minutes north to retrieve it. Great place ! Just picked up a washer and dryer and got them hooked up and they work great. Unfortunately the washer and dryer I was looking at had been sold before I was able to get there, I was shown some other sets a bit pricier, without hesitation he agreed to drop the price for me so it was closer to the one I was originally looking at. After some bad luck with a washer/dryer/seller I was reassured here that i would be taken care of if I had any problems. Seems like a very honest and reputable business. After seeing an ad online for a scarce used appliance, we corresponded 10 times. After not getting straight answers, I called up instead. The first time I was told there had been a power surge affecting 8 appliances, and to call back after weekend. Monday, I was told the truck delivering it had damaged the door on Saturday and await further decision on it's repair. I asked if I could see it with the damage then, and Bob said it was packed in the back and had been sold to the haulage driver and would be out of there that eve. As I lived 2 hours away, I was tempted drive down to verify these various tales, but was convinced by the wife this was a waste, just a bait and switch, despite him keeping the online ad running up to this review, Monday eve. Even had pics of it in presentable condition. I bought a washer and dryer set from them and when they delivered it they rip up my flooring to start with then the first time I ran the washer it floods my apartment my maintenance guy came to check it out .It was the washers fault not anything else water was coming out the bottom of the washer when I called them after it happened on the weekend I called Monday morning because I didn't hear from them after they said they would call Monday morning.The lady in the front keeps telling me she will have him call me back and excuses why he can't talk so I called three times durning the day finally got him on the phone he got snippy with me I told him his washer leaked and flooded my apartment and my neighbors below me my carpet was soaked they take 25% for a restocking fee if you get a refund so just know he does sell broken stuff and does not care if he's damaged your belongings and still takes his fee not very professional if you ask me from the lady at the front desk to the owner read more
