I called for a tow, the gal was polite and asked the right questions. She said she would pass the information on to the driver, and he would be contacting me. Matt called me and told me when, he was headed my way. He was polite, curtious and professional. With a confident " can do " attitude he hooked up to my RV, disconnected the rear connection of the driveline, and tied it up correctly. In a timely manner the tow was safely completed at a reasonable rate. I will be sending folks your way, Thank You ! read more

Best tow company in the valley! Had a flat at top of the Lewiston hill and they were there in 15 minutes. Fast and friendly.

Had a blowout on my motorcycle about 10 miles east of Lewiston. The local M/C shop referred me to Eric Forest. He was there in less than an hour, with bottled water on ice (it was 105 degrees!). He loaded my bike into his enclosed trailer and we were off to the shop for a new tire. He was great with the bike, told some good stories, and was great in working out the payment with my roadside assistance. A top notch job! read more

Walked in two guys doing stuff on computers one on them on the phone and one office lady. Never acknowledged that i was alive much less a customer! 2 other customers waiting for what I don't know. Waited a few minutes then just walked out decent to talk to on the phone but counter service sucks. read more

Outstanding service, experienced motorcycle towing, enclosed trailer set up just for bikes. Knows the guys at Hell's Canyon Harley, called and they came in when closed to replace tire and get me back on the road. Great rates-low, extremely fair. Eric is the greatest, is also a rider, helped with directions for re-route. Definitely highest recommendation-don't call anyone else! read more

We ultimately came to a deal that they would make sure that the check engine light, abs light, brake light, and tpms light would be fixed for an agreed upon price for the vehicle of 4000 dollars. They told me it would be fixed by Wednesday. We accidentally took the key and brought it back to them at 9 am. I needed the vehicle for work later in the week. Needless to say the things did not all get fixed. We scheduled a time to bring it back to them for getting the other things fixed and were told two days to fix it. Then the excuse we got when we went to pick it up was it was too hot outside to fix it. We brought the vehicle back again. I told the owner that I needed the vehicle back for work. He kept saying that he was slammed etc. the reality is I was told 3 days and they had it a total of six. I went in today and was told they had done extra to the vehicle. This is a lie. Our deal was that all the lights on the dash would be off and fixed. I asked for a day that it would be fixed and the owner clearly did not like that After an altercation I was told to leave. I will be taking them to small claims court for the difference of what it costs to fix the check engine light from the exhaust and the brake light.

Then we were told we needed a new radiator to make the warranty on the transmission good. Went to pick up the vehicle and was told the O2 sensor was bad. Told them we would change it. Guess what? Problem not fixed $7K later. Took it somewhere else. They replaced the plugs. Also found the wires going to O2 sensor were pinched and was cut from installing the transmission. My advise is run, very, very fast in the other direction.

Over labor day weekend my husband and I were moving and a tire blew on our trailer going up Whitebird. Nothing in Grangeville was open so my husband called Forest Towing and the owner did not have the tire and rim we needed so he called around until he found a replacement for us. He purchased the tire and brought it to us half way for a small fee. I would recommend them to my friends and family.. Thank you for going above and beyond! read more
