After having weight loss surgery it's easy to get dehydrated. I was so happy to find that we had a…read moreIV bar in Anchorage. My first time trying one was in Vegas and oh how it bought me back to life for my daughter's wedding. It's easy to book an appointment on line, but you can also walk in. I always book an appointment just in case. It's clean, they offer drinks and snacks while you hydrate and that's a plus for me. I love a good snack and a protein one of nuts that they offer, yes please. The nurses are so nice and gentle, never had a bad experience here. The front desk lady always smiles and has all the answers to your questions. All in all get value for your buck to stay hydrated if you were out drinking the night before or just a bariatric patient needed some extra fluids.

First time ever having an infusion. Brought my dad, too. Got upsold on more, which is fine. I said,…read more"Why not?" :-) So after spending hundreds of dollars on both of us, we left. Here is the odd part that I find disheartening: Not a single follow up call or text. Not even a "Do you want to schedule again?" I know the workers don't own the business, so they have little vested interest in return clients, but it was such a simple gesture that got missed. I am on their email list, which reminded me of them (and to write a review). But not a single other piece of personal communication beyond that email. Sadly, I felt no noticeable difference after the treatment. Maybe I needed a series of treatments. But that discussion never happened either.

A Professional Nurse's Perspective on Clinical Integrity…read more**Rating: ** As a Registered Nurse with 25 years of experience,, I understand that medical reviews are inherently anecdotal and subjective. However, I feel it is vital to offer a professional counter-narrative to some of the high-conflict claims posted here. It is a frustrating reality in healthcare that providers are legally prohibited by HIPAA from responding to public reviews with the facts of a case. This often leaves the public with a one-sided story, especially when a provider has had to enforce a difficult clinical boundary. **The Reality of Care at Forget Me Not** In my time as a patient at this clinic, I have witnessed a level of dedication that is rare in the Anchorage community. Sara Stetson is a "listener-first" provider who treats her patients as partners in their own health. While some have claimed she is "too busy," the reality is that she intentionally serves the underserved--including Medicare and Medicaid patients--often spending significantly more time with them than she is ever reimbursed for. This is a sign of a provider who prioritizes community advocacy over profit. **Professionalism & The "Husband" Dynamic** Regarding the office staff, I have found the "dynamic duo" of Sara and her husband, Sumner, to be exceptional. In a small, family-run clinic, the office manager often has to act as the "gatekeeper" for safety. As a nurse, I recognize that their firm adherence to legal prescribing protocols and office boundaries is not "rudeness"--it is a professional necessity. They prioritize patient safety and regulatory compliance above being "liked," which is exactly the integrity I want in my own healthcare team. **Vetted Excellence** To any prospective patient: I encourage you to look past anonymous emotional intensity and focus on verifiable data. Sara is a 20-year veteran of the USAF and Public Health Service with an mpeccable, active record on the Alaska State Professional License Search. Public records and professional standing speak far louder than any isolated incident. I trust this team implicitly and highly recommend them for evidence-based, compassionate care.
