I have been seeing her for a couple months for a round of laser hair removal and she does a fabulous job. She is funny, bubbly and makes me feel super comfortable, which I think means a lot when you genuinely like the person wielding the laser gun that is inflicting you with pain. The ambiance of Alaska Body Aesthetics is pretty nice too. Although, I'm usually in and out of there within 20 minutes. Just enough time to swing in on my lunch break! I tried to call to see about the cancellation and was told they are with a customer and can I text them. The owner texted back saying they were short staffed and other excuses for the cancellation. I inquired how can they make this right because I was upset about the whole situation. I was told they gave me an alternate time and I declined it and have a good day. I will take my business elsewhere and let it be known about the customer service.

Would NEVER go back there again after how we were treated on more than one occasion. The medical care may be exceptional, but it's that final interaction that can make it an absolutely horrible experience. Customer beware if you get a call from her as she is epically nasty from minute one. Never even paid late or did anything to deserve it and yet she treats you like an idiot, is very unprofessional and lacks customer service in any way shape or form. It is truly unfortunate for the medical professionals who work there as they will continue to lose customers due to her and not the medical cares.
