So many lash studios try to make you look like a Vegas showgirl, but not this one! My lash specialist is Kathy. I'm a triathlete, and my lashes have to be a natural length, so they don't hit the inside of my swim goggles or my sunglasses. I like them short, spiky (not all the same length) and as natural looking as possible. They deliver! I've been seeing Anne for the past few years and I will follow that woman anywhere! My natural lashes are thin, frail and in fact barely there (let's just go ahead and say I don't have any) so I would say I am a challenging case for any lash stylist (and trust me I've been to a few). Ever since my first visit, Anne knew exactly how my lashes would hold up choosing the right length and thickness first go. You barely feel the application process and I will admit to falling asleep more often than not during the process. The process is absolutely painless with no burning sensation which says a lot about Lash Stylists here. They also uses this cooling spray at the end of the session that helps the drying process which I find quite refreshing. Anne knows exactly what she's doing and takes pride in her work and I have complete confidence and trust in her. What I love most are the lashes themselves! Especially when compared to the other mainstream Amazing lash studios, the lashes they use here are really natural and don't feel heavy and don't look fake or plastic. They don't clump or turn even after going to the beach or snowboarding which is really important because I don't have the urge to pull at them. They usually last abt 3 weeks for me unless there's a special occasion and I want them really full and va-va-voom. The Spa itself is super chic with some really nice art painted on the walls in each room. I usually rebook at every visit to ensure I get an appointment because I know her schedule fills up fast! read more

This is a great place to come if you want an amazing lash look. I'd recommend it for special events or for those who want to minimize their beauty routine (seems counterintuitive, but it eliminated the desire for anything other than lip gloss for me). You are greeted by a friendly receptionist, and an inviting atmosphere (think chic grey/silver chaises and a mirrored vanity). There's a place to remove eye makeup (in case you forgot to do so) and you are offered a beverage while lounge and wait. The rooms are clean & roomy, which make the 1 1/2 - 2 hr service for your first set bearable. I suppose the price range is fair considering comparable places start at $250 for a full set. A first time visit promo could start at $85 for volume lashes, which feel softer to the touch. These can be applied 2-3 per lash for a fuller look. They also offer classic lashes, about $65 on special, which are a little thicker to the touch and are applied 1 to a lash. It is recommended that you return in 2-3 weeks for a refill (ranging anywhere from $45-$65) which is too frequent for me. Note: if you take a break and attempt to resume services, it could cost you at least $150 for a full volume set (and this is a promo). All in all, this place is recommended and I will likely come back for special events. **Please note that it is high maintenance to keep eyelash extensions (refill twice a month to maintain the look). This was my first time to ever get my eyelashes done, and it was all around a great experience. My sister, Mom, and myself had our lashes done 2 and a half weeks ago. We still get compliments of how great they look. The service was excellent, and the stylists were very knowledgable. The stylists welcomed any questions we had about the process and taking care of the lashes after. I am definitely going back for a refill!! I am unsure of how long I will keep them, but for now they have been nothing but a saving grace! had a hard time deciding whether to give two or three stars for this place. the stylists are all really cool and i had a good time. been having an extremely hard time finding a salon worth 5 stars however. the first time i came in here i got my lashes done with a master stylist and it was good, except my lashes started to fall off too quick. it cost me $75 for the refill after tip and that's a bit steep for lashes that would soon fall off. i decided to give them another shot because i really liked the girls, and was also told that the jr. stylists were trained by the master, so i figured the second round would be just as good. it wasn't. $45 for an hour with a jr. stylist and my lashes didn't look nearly as good as my first refill. so now i'm just in a bind. the girls are cool, the master stylist or "regular" stylists are good but too expensive and the $45 jr. stylists didn't make my lashes look full at all. i guess i need to keep looking? read more

I came to this place by reference from a friend and she definitely did not steer me wrong! I'd gone to another place to get my brows done awhile back. Though I was initially satisfied, as soon as it "healed", I immediately brought out the brow filler again and was using it everyday. Going back for a touch up was a WASTE since I felt she ignored my concerns and didn't really touch anything up at all. Shouldn't be a surprise since she wasn't personable to begin with. BUT NOT HERE! Emily was VERY personable and her suggestions echoed my concerns. What are the chances of that? She made sure that I was comfortable during and made sure I was satisfied before I left. I could not be happier with her work!! It's a mark of good work if I've yet to touch my brow filler at all since I've been in weeks ago!! Service is great and ladies were very nice. I am not to thrilled about their lashes. Arianna did my lashes and at first sight they were amazing but you can definitely tell she is still working on her technique. A lot of the false lashes were put on half way down my actual lash causing them to go all sorts of ways and not really staying put because my lash can't handle the weight of the false lashes. Also, not sure if they use a low grade type of glue but it's been a little less than 2 weeks and more than half my lashes have fallen out. For over $100 I would expect them to last longer. I will not be going here again because honestly I feel it's a waste of money if they just fall out every time I blink my eye. I do not recommend this place. read more
