I felt so at ease and felt like Dr. Patel understood the challenges I was having getting rid of my hyperpigmentation (Asian skin can be tricky to treat with lasers and other procedures). I immediately purchased their membership and since then have seen a significant improvement. I love how friendly everyone is there and I have seen both Dr Patel and Dr Desai and both ladies are incredible. I have gotten botox, daxxify, Pico laser, 2 Enlighten Revepeels and am scheduled for micro needing soon. They also have state of the art equipment and all the newest and greatest gadgets and also carry great skincare lines. They also post a lot in Instagram (little informational short videos) and do in-person educational sessions for clients (not just for clients but for anyone who signs up) which is really nice! I also love how they take pictures at every appointment to document progress and take detailed notes in your chart. I am so happy I found Renew and look forward to many more years together!

Even with my eyes closed I did not hear any gloves changing so Idk if she was changing her gloves in between the two of us. (I could hear every other rattling as it was quiet and calming there and you can tell by the sound of gloves being taken off). I got the lift & tint done on Saturday and by Sunday night my right eye felt sort of irritated on the lid then I woke up with a stye... I clean my face pretty well and did not use any eye makeup since my service. I reached out to them the day after to ask if my eyes being so red and burning was normal and the girl told me it's totally fine and my eyes are just sensitive to the tape- this salon should really stop giving medical advice and start cleaning their equipment and facility. Clearly their equipment or the hands touching my eyes was infected- be careful the bacteria that causes pink eye is very contagious! Also they used very harsh tape to hold my lower lashes down and the entire two and half hour process was painful- I told the lady putting my lashes on that it was burning and I could feel the tape going into my eye but she just didn't care.
