Very knowledgeable and gave me a beautiful volume full set, working with what my last tech did about a month ago which gave her very sparse and grown out extensions to work with. Will take the time to fill as much as needed to give you your desired look. 16/17 mm which is what I previously had, may go longer or fuller next time.
