I saw some quality looking posters in the store that he had worked on and looked FANTASTIC!! When I got home last night, there was one of those notices next to my intercom saying "sorry we…read moremissed you", with their address to go and pick up my package. This is my first time at this UPS. Well, when I walked in today around 12:35 pm, I was nicely greeted by Edwin. He was very pleasant with a nice smile. They also had two other employees working there. He wanted to know how he could help me, so I told him why I was there. He asked to see my ID, looked me up in their system and couldn't find my name. He asked if I had a tracking number and I told him no. I forgot it at home. I asked him to check one more time and he did by telling me that maybe it's in another UPS store. I thanked him for it and walked out. Now I need to go search and see where my package is. Hopefully it's not lost somewhere in the wilderness:-)) They offer many different services here: printing, shipping, copy making services, scanning, to take your photo for your passport/ID, faxing, laminating, P.O. Box mailboxes, notary, shredding, even Amazon returns. It's a very interesting UPS. Shaped kind of like zig-zag. Store was clean, everything was nicely, fully stocked and organized. Depending what you buy, everything has its own price and value. People keep complaining about their parking being full, cramped, but I have been inside this shopping center few times, and never had a problem with their parking. Thank you Edwin, and UPS!

They do a heck of a great job! Been there few times, and their service along with all the items/products never fails. IMPECCABLE! They do Printing, Scanning, Packaging, Shipping, Copying, and a lot more.. Walked in yesterday at 4:30pm and got a genuine, nice greeting with a soft spoken voice who's name is Jane. Right away I asked her if I could use the restroom and she ran to get the key to let me in. Isn't that something? Other people will NOT let you use their restroom. Regardless whether you buy something or not. I needed to laminate a poster that I had, send a big package, buy 8X10 pack of paper, and needed to make a banner of this logo that I liked at a restaurant. Jane and Bertha were just AMAZING in every way. So kind and helpful. I also bought a small bottle of water. They literally have everything, and even a station for people who would like to work on computers, or just simply do some personal work, read, or whatever they are in for. A lot of items on clearance. Parking is shared with a lot of businesses and the restroom along with the store was SPOTLESS CLEAN! I have used their restroom in the past. Always clean. He is incredibly kind and always does his best to help. Unfortunately, my experience on July 3rd was completely different. As soon as I walked in, I explained that I needed help printing a certificate. The employee, a white male without a name tag, immediately pointed me toward the self-service machines and said, "Self print is that way." I explained that I needed to print a certificate and did not know how to use the machines. I simply asked if he could help me feed the paper. He immediately seemed annoyed and said, "If I have to do it, I have to charge you." Of course I understood that there would be a charge. I came to a business expecting to pay for a service. His tone was completely unnecessary. I also knew they were closing in about 10 minutes, so I understood that they were trying to finish up for the day. However, there were still customers inside, and I only needed to print one certificate. While I was waiting for my retrieval code, he told me that if I did not receive it within two minutes, I would have to come back Monday because they were closed for July 4th. I understood the time constraint, but again, the way he spoke to me was unnecessarily aggressive. When he printed the certificate, it came out much larger than it should have. I explained that I had printed the exact same certificate at another FedEx location and it came out correctly. He told me that adjusting the size would require an additional charge, which I paid without any issue. The next copy then printed in black and white. When I pointed this out, he blamed me and said he had not changed anything. I explained that on the original certificate, which had printed correctly at the other FedEx location, I had only changed a word or two because of a typo. I did not alter the format, sizing, or anything else about the certificate. Despite explaining this, he continued to act as though the printing issues were my fault. After another attempt, the certificate finally printed correctly. I understand that employees can be ready to close, especially before a holiday, and I am not expecting special treatment. However, there is still a professional and respectful way to communicate with customers. I was never rude to him, yet from the moment I walked in, I was treated like an inconvenience for simply asking for assistance with a service I was willing to pay for. I have had good experiences at this location in the past, but this interaction was enough to make me take my business elsewhere. I recommend the FedEx locations in Burbank or Toluca Lake instead. Hopefully management addresses the customer service at this location because the attitude I and many others have experienced was completely unnecessary. Upon reading more reviews I am pretty confident it was the same rude employee at the front desk.

I exchanged a number of emails regarding this project and they were quick to respond to each one. I gave them a call once and Alan was very attentive. I inquired for 2 quotes: one for replacing the logo only and the second for replacing the entire signage. They took the time to come over to the property to get all right dimensions for the second quote. I appreciate the attention to detail with the warm light bulbs. They did a great job in making sure the logo would have a nice glow. I am very happy with their service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND My Sign Design to anyone looking for outdoor signage.

I found Jeff as a referral and boy am I glad! Him and his wife run this small business from their home therefore keeping costs low for us consumers. All I needed done was a little retouching on some photos and not only was it remarkably priced but the results for what I paid for was amazing. Also might I mention the fast turn around?! Grand Prints is a hidden gem in the world of otherwise overpriced headshot reproduction/retouching…read more Free set ups, really affordable retouching and super fast printing (compare that to the "industy leader" that shall go nameless that charges $25 for set up, undisclosed retouching fees and a turnaround that ranges anywhere from 2 - 7 business days... ehhh...) I've had headshots and postcards printed here, and every time Jeff let me have as much time as I wanted to tinker with the pictures before I printed them up. They've let me go through multiple borders and fonts, playing around with endless combinations on the layout of my headshot, and even did a super complicated over lay design on my postcard to make it stand out so it wasn't just the generic pretty picture on a postcard. For any actor that wants a more personalized product while saving money, you can't do better than Grand Prints! P.S. I haven't tried their "Replace-a-Face" service, but I think it's hilarious/genius.
