I saw some quality looking posters in the store that he had worked on and looked FANTASTIC!! I walked in here to get my passport ID taken and the process couldn't have been easier…read more One of three of their staff warmly welcomed me and assisted me in the process of taking my passport ID photo. Kassandra who helped me grabbed her camera and assembled on a rectangular ring light and took me to a section of the store where she pulled down a white screen backdrop so that I could stand in front of yr for my photo. She was so great because I got to try several shots so that I could choose the photo of my choice. In less than 10 minutes with the printing, cutting, and paying I was walking out in under 10 minutes. This was all for $20 for 2x of your passport photos. Awesome experience.

I needed to laminate a poster that I had, send a big package, buy 8X10 pack of paper, and needed to make a banner of this logo that I liked at a restaurant. Jane and Bertha were just AMAZING in every way. So kind and helpful. I also bought a small bottle of water. They literally have everything, and even a station for people who would like to work on computers, or just simply do some personal work, read, or whatever they are in for. A lot of items on clearance. Parking is shared with a lot of businesses and the restroom along with the store was SPOTLESS CLEAN! I have used their restroom in the past. Always clean. This used to be my go-to FedEx location because it's close to home. I've always had great…read moreexperiences with a deaf gentleman who works there. He is incredibly kind and always does his best to help. Unfortunately, my experience on July 3rd was completely different. As soon as I walked in, I explained that I needed help printing a certificate. The employee, a white male without a name tag, immediately pointed me toward the self-service machines and said, "Self print is that way." I explained that I needed to print a certificate and did not know how to use the machines. I simply asked if he could help me feed the paper. He immediately seemed annoyed and said, "If I have to do it, I have to charge you." Of course I understood that there would be a charge. I came to a business expecting to pay for a service. His tone was completely unnecessary. I also knew they were closing in about 10 minutes, so I understood that they were trying to finish up for the day. However, there were still customers inside, and I only needed to print one certificate. While I was waiting for my retrieval code, he told me that if I did not receive it within two minutes, I would have to come back Monday because they were closed for July 4th. I understood the time constraint, but again, the way he spoke to me was unnecessarily aggressive. When he printed the certificate, it came out much larger than it should have. I explained that I had printed the exact same certificate at another FedEx location and it came out correctly. He told me that adjusting the size would require an additional charge, which I paid without any issue. The next copy then printed in black and white. When I pointed this out, he blamed me and said he had not changed anything. I explained that on the original certificate, which had printed correctly at the other FedEx location, I had only changed a word or two because of a typo. I did not alter the format, sizing, or anything else about the certificate. Despite explaining this, he continued to act as though the printing issues were my fault. After another attempt, the certificate finally printed correctly. I understand that employees can be ready to close, especially before a holiday, and I am not expecting special treatment. However, there is still a professional and respectful way to communicate with customers. I was never rude to him, yet from the moment I walked in, I was treated like an inconvenience for simply asking for assistance with a service I was willing to pay for. I have had good experiences at this location in the past, but this interaction was enough to make me take my business elsewhere. I recommend the FedEx locations in Burbank or Toluca Lake instead. Hopefully management addresses the customer service at this location because the attitude I and many others have experienced was completely unnecessary. Upon reading more reviews I am pretty confident it was the same rude employee at the front desk.

I exchanged a number of emails regarding this project and they were quick to respond to each one. I gave them a call once and Alan was very attentive. I inquired for 2 quotes: one for replacing the logo only and the second for replacing the entire signage. They took the time to come over to the property to get all right dimensions for the second quote. I appreciate the attention to detail with the warm light bulbs. They did a great job in making sure the logo would have a nice glow. I am very happy with their service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND My Sign Design to anyone looking for outdoor signage.
