FORD DOES not ok the use of aaerosol can as the procedure for diagnosing a vacuum leak. The only diagnosing instruments Ford company approves of is smoke machine or vacuum gouges. They did everything wrong. They use rtb with the old gasket. They used can carb cleaner they stated. I checked that. Took about 5 sec of heavy spaying directly into different vacuum points before change of idle. I short spray did not effect rpm. They replaced oe mounting bolts with easy break with 2 regular bolts and one rusty bolt. They left the rear bracket bolt broke off in the basket still. The amount of unprofessionalism is bound to get some over killed. Don't let it be you. Go to greg sweet ford. I'm not even complaining about no refund and was kicked off property through the usps mail system. Nothing in that place is guaranteed. Their reckless and ignorant.

I am beyond appalled at the lack of customer service. I'm used to bad dealers and service, but this is a new level of No F's given for the customer. Terrible customer service experience.  I was looking for a specific Genesis model - this dealership…read morehad one available.  I scheduled an appointment several days beforehand since I live 1 1/2 hours away.  I received a call the day before from the dealership to confirm.  I asked who I should ask for when I come in and was given 3 names.  When I showed up the next day 2 of the 3 people were not there and the third person seemed unaware of my appointment.  More importantly the car had been sold and was not available to test drive.  So I drove 1 1/2 hours for nothing.  I realize things happen, however, the fact that no one seemed to know about my appointment and I wasn't made aware of the car being sold, is ridiculous.  The individual I talked with said this happens all the time.  Okay - then get organized and have a system for appointments.  I went to Northtown Genesis near Buffalo the next day and had a wonderful experience - very helpful.

I came in for a specific Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle advertised as an exceptional value. After the test drive, I was told it was an "online error," it wasn't CPO, and they wouldn't honor the price. ​Classic bait-and-switch. They immediately tried to upsell me on a "perfect, like-new" vehicle that was significantly more expensive. Only after pushing for the numbers did I find out this "perfect" car actually had two accidents on record. ​To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to a manager about service loaners, I was told he was "locked inside a vehicle and couldn't get out." Nearly 30 days later, the same "error" listing is still online. They are clearly using false advertising to lure people in. Avoid this dealership if you value transparency and honesty.
