During my search, I have realized that most of the agencies have dealt with difficult situations from their own pasts, which seems to create a certain familiarity.. I know it will be challenging trying to find the right agency, and finding the right caregiver that will want to help us out on the weekends.. Erika was very helpful, but also very upfront that because of the shortage of workers, it may take some time to find someone. I am glad I called.

Carrie had me all set up by the time I was discharged. Two angels, Linda and KK showed up and knew exactly what I needed. Both stayed the first day and then KK stayed with me every day after that.KK did all of my personal care, made meals, took me to medical appointments, kept track of my supplies. She is a ray of sunshine, always with a smile on her face. She assisted the RN who came in three times a week with my wound care. KK is a fast learner. Golden Years is definitely my go to for in home care. I refer them to everyone who asks me about in home care. They are the best. My daughter was frantic to leave me, she had a trip planned for months, until she talked with Carrie and met KK. She was so relieved and had a wonderful vacation. Thank you Golden Years.

She is getting eight hours of care a day, seven days per week! Every day is excellent. They are always on time. I mean always!! My sister is so happy when I call her. She receives three home cooked meals a day and she loves each meal, believe me. Home Care Assistance is so helpful with bathing, hygiene, safely walking in the home and meal preparation. They get her groceries and medications at the pharmacy too. I do not have to worry about my sister's care anymore. I can visit for the fun times since Home Care Assistance is so reliable and gives her the loving care she needs!! The office and billing staff are easy to work with and responsive.

My first call to them was with James who instantly made me feel they were the company we wanted and they were willing to get us care within 2 days. Tiffany, the case manager, is both very professional and also very caring and personal. She came the first day with the first caregiver to make sure we were all set.
