After a phone interview exploring everything from ADL needs to personality quirks, TCC took that data, came back to us within a week with their 4 top suggestions. They offered a rundown of exactly why each would fit with knowledge of the history of each, their business practices, style of care, staffing levels, along with an apples-to-apples comparison of monthly costs. Our TCC rep met us for site visits scheduled across two days, and made sure we got the info we needed, asking questions once ours were done to fill in any gaps. At each site, we spent a few minutes after meeting with the staff to talk to our rep and she ensured we had what we needed and shared her insights about the visit. When we'd completed all the visits, we spent a few days making a decision. We had what we needed to understand the daily experience as well as both short and long-term financial effects including the impact of a potential future switch to Medicaid funding at each option. We worked with Diana, who was so kind, compassionate, and super knowledgeable about senior living and all the details that go with it. She helped us set up many tours and patiently attended each tour, providing guidance and asking great questions. I could not have asked for a better experience. Management is terrible, they expect all these expectations/high quality services from staff and employees but cant seem to notice that they're over working us. We are so tired trying to keep up with the pace of the work load. Doing our very best in every possible way to provide the best quality care for our residents. We love our job, thats why we tend to stay here so long and work for our residents. Please higher more people to put on the floor or give us a raise. So it seems like our work is actually worth something because the work load and pay isn't balanced. Additionally, instead of providing all these educational learning resources, because of how many warnings this building has gone through. Maybe we should look at why it even happened that way in the first place. Because literally everything we do is in a time crunch, of course accidents are bound to happen. Like it would be nicer if you hired more people to work, the work will be evenly distributed. There would be less of a rush and for things to be done correctly/accurately. But that int a topic y'all are ready to talk about because we know y'all can afford to hire more people to work but choose not to. Lastly, standing up for staff and employees. We are usually the first people to get accused of something and not even our own employer stands up for us. Which is why so many people leave. For example, one staff member that used to work there was accused of abusing a resident and was interrogated by police officers. After the interrogation they literally begged her to stay and work because they were so short staffed. When she was supposed to go on leave due to the allegations, and for an investigation. It was probably so traumatic for her but they just expected her to continue working. When her livelihood was on the line. Which just demonstrates that there is no support for their staff and employees. So furthermore, do a better job, there is a lot of improvements that need to be made. Im even surprised this place is still running and operating when administration is doing bare minimum and it just trickles down to all of us.

We picked this place because it's beautiful and everyone working there is very nice. They have nice amenities and mom could be social and meet some nice residence. It is a very expensive place but because mom wouldn't have to move as her needs changed we thought it would be best. She lived at Eagle Point for just over 2 years on a month to month lease and my mom passed away on 4/8/2026. They had her money for rent for the month of April and level 2 assisted living. Since they did not provide care for most of April we were expecting a refund for assisted living portion and was told we would be receiving it. But they took rent out of the refund for May until the 8th. Instead of getting over a thousand back we got just over $200. Just want anyone moving there to beware of this. Also thinking she would not have to move even if she ran out of money was not true. Your put on a waiting list and if there is not a studio available you have to leave. At over $5k a month to live there paying her own way over 2 years we had that worry. CNA were very nice but they did go through a lot of new ones in the 2 years. If it weren't for Hospice care coming in addition the Eagle Point staff, mom would not have had the care she needed in her last couple months. CNA's at Eagle Point do not have a good leader and they do not have enough of them. They are over worked and frequently need to rush to another resident feeling like they couldn't provide the care they wanted to give. I know options for this type of living are not good. If we could have found a place for mom to have in house care we would have done that towards her last months.

I did not have a choice between male or female staff. When staff couldn't make out, they would either notify me right when the shift would start or they would call hours after the shift was supposed to start. Their schedule is also very inflexible. They work (or not lol) only in four hour shifts, either from 8am - noon or 1 pm - 5pm. And their staff use a GPS-based app so they'll try to stick around until their shift is up.
