I always wanted to come to this venue and see what it was like. I came to this place on 8/14 for DJ Young Chow's b day party. This night in particular it wasn't extremely crowded there wasn't a line wrapped around the building to get in it was smooth sailing. First, the bathroom which was nice and clean I must say. There are separate toilets for men on one side and women on the other. If I am not mistaken in between both are the shared handwashing station for both genders. I was able to get good pics and videos in the mirror lol Then I went to the bar and asked for a Casamigo with pineapple and cranberry. The bartender told me $25. TWENTY FIVE USD! I was very annoyed with the price but since I had no choice In the matter I ordered it and asked her to give me a receipt BEFORE I paid for it so I can see whether gratuity and or taxes were included beforehand. I saw her talking to a man she came to me and told me she couldn't give me a receipt beforehand. So I watched her ring up my item and it said $22.30 (less than what she said initially) I paid and then I got my receipt at the end and I said the gratuity and tax was already added. Other than that the place is nice. I don't like the ALL SECTIONS set up. The is no dance floor. Today's party scene is more so to make money from bottles and hooka. This place is amazing, I really enjoyed the vibes in here. Super lit and a great place to have a birthday or a celebration. The white guy behind the bar has a nasty attitude when it comes to buying bottles. But other than that, perfect space and high quality drinks. I haven't tried any food and don't know if there is any food. But I would highly recommend that you get a section of your coming here to party. Other wise you'll be riding the wave of bumping into everyone enjoying the action. The DJ's should update their playlists to today's times as well. The Sunday brunch party is good because the DJ's are great and the promoters have been doing this for a long time. Otherwise, the service is not great and they are unnecessarily expensive. There was one bartender who was closest to the kitchen that was on point. $13 under-poured shots served out of plastic cups. Lol. I attended this nightclub over the weekend for a friends birthday brunch party. Lighting in here was amazing and the bottle girls were gorgeous! They had a brunch menu that was the best I've seen all year and the bottle service was great. Unfortunately at the table next to us someone decided to use pepper spray for some reason and we had to leave our table for a bit as we coughed. Kinda scary. Aside from that I had a great time and would definitely go back soon. Oh just a heads up , If your not ordering bottle service stay close to the bar. I was in attendance for a birthday party, we placed our coats in the coat check. Upon picking up our four coats, one was extremely soaked. It seems it was raining during our time indoors and my coat was returned with a drenched arm sleeve. This was highly upsetting. I requested to speak to a manager, the staff member who spoke English messages the manager however, no one arrived to tend to the matter. This venue is beautiful and has a lot of potential but the staff is horrible and the customer service is non-existent. The security staff is some of the slowest and rudest I have ever seen. They forced everyone to do coat check so the line outside was super long. The bartenders in the first floor were ridiculous - the event had an open bar and one of the girl bartenders refused to serve more drinks 10 minutes before it ended. As soon as it ended she told everyone they now had to pay for their drinks despite all of us waiting in line for 20mins+. The bathrooms were a huge problem - very disorganized, extremely packed, and dirty. At one point they had a male security guard in there???? While I understand it was a huge crowd, they're in the nightclub business, they knew what was coming and were extremely unprepared. The front door guy was cool just a little racist .... We are a latino group and he informed us it was " urban night " and as long as we are ok with it being " all black people". A few weeks ago I started planning my girlfriend's birthday, looking for a new spot that we haven't been to. I've been to plenty of places in the city, but stumbled upon Amadeus through some searching. I got in touch with Jae, a promoter for Amadeus through instagram (jae.star). He was really responsive and professional about everything. He explained that the entire venue had a multi million dollar makeover and was brand new. I wanted to see for myself and pick out my table in person, so he arranged for me to come by the next day and pick out my VIP table. I worked out the package with the manager, also a great guy, and was set to come in Saturday. Now Saturday comes along: There were two lines, one for General Admission and one for VIP. You would think VIP would be a breeze, not today. We waited for about 45 minutes on that line, and finally got in. The manager greeted me inside and got my wristbands and package set up real quick. Once inside we made our way to our table and our waitress came over. We picked our bottles and waited for around an hour for them to arrive, which kind of got my people a bit upset, but one of the staffers heard my concern and brought them out immediately. Real good dude for holding it down like that. Through the night the party was really vibing and the stage shows were amazing. This place is a real Vegas Style A1 sort of place. It has that real nightclub feeling that a lot of lounges try to represent themselves at but fall short. Do not be fooled though, this place is a true nightclub. The only two things I can criticize are the wait times for getting in the club and getting our bottles. We got there at 11:30 PM and didn't start drinking til 1:15 AM. But past that, we all had a spectacular night, and I can honestly say I look forward to coming back to Amadeus. read more

I came here for the first time and needless to say it will be my last time (on November 11th). They advertised for FREE drinks and admission before 12am. I arrived at 11:30pm and was forced to pay an admittance fee of 20 dollars as well as forced to check my coat (MIND YOU IT WAS DEAD INSIDE). Then when I get in the space is beautiful, very beautiful and exciting. So I manage to get to the bar annoyed a little because I had to pay but I assumed maybe the drinks would calm me down, the free one of course. Turns out I had to pay $16 dollars for the worlds smallest cup of Jack and Coke. The music was more of a miss than anything, the DJ wasn't very good at transitions. Unless you were buying bottle service you couldn't sit anywhere. It wasn't a very nice experience all around and I just wish I kind of stayed home. My sister in law planned her birthday here for this Saturday, October 28. We had previously come here for her birthday when it was club Glazz. Service wasn't the best on that occasion, but I am guessing my sister in law assumed since it was renovated and under new management things would be different. She obviously assumed wrong. Upon arriving, even though she had VIP and we had printed tickets for our entire group AND we arrived before the allotted cut off for free entry, the men in our group STILL HAD TO PAY. Once inside, we were provided ice, cranberry juice and orange juice...and nothing more for an hour and a half. Why almost two hours to receive drinks in the VIP section?!!!! Bartending staff was rude, staff was generally rude and uncooperative, service was slow. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The dancers were gorgeous and friendly, the DJ was amazing, the hookah was fantastic however it is sooo poorly managed, it basically negates all the renovations. Funny how every single reviewer here has complained about the same thing and nothing has been. Will not be recommending this club and will not be coming again. Came here on a Saturday night, had made table reservations which proved pointless because we had to wait on a half hour line with everyone else. There is very poor management and communication at the door between employees. The blonde lady with the nasty attitude needs to work on her people skills- and efficiency... that whole process took way too long and for no reason. Formally known as Glazz, Amadeus is a re-vamp of the old club. I went on Saturday for a friend's birthday and I was shocked at the new look. Upon entry there is security so be prepared to get pat down and pay a cover if you don't have bottle service. Once in you can hangout on one of the three floors, although the only floor open when I went was the first. They have a full bar and hookah. The hookah is $30 and there are no flavor options. I ordered a vodka club soda and I didn't realize I was getting Grey Goose so my drink cost $12; the bartender didn't ask me if I wanted top shelf or house vodka, which I was not happy about. Beer is standard $7. The music is good it's a nice mix of techno, hip-hop, and Spanish. I would go back, but I would pregame a bit more since it's expensive. If you're driving there is street parking. The club opens promptly at 11PM, security will not let you a minute before that time so be prepared to wait in line if you arrive ahead of 11 PM.There is a $30 minimum for credit cards. read more

Reserved seats for 7 people and bottle service last night. We were probably the first customers to arrive, and it took 25 minutes for bottles to finally come out. It was for a birthday, so I kindly ask the waitress to come out with happy birthday lights. Reminded her 3 times and NEVER brought it out. VERY INATTENTIVE. Two hours later, we get kicked out our seats, so another group can sit down in one of the places we reserved at. I go speak with a RUDE girl at front desk. If we reserved for 7 people over the phone, as a business, why would you deceive the paying customer and take away for paid service? The front desk girl claims she had over 10 years of experience at clubs and that they don't seat for 7 people, that her job is not to inform the customer about service over the phone, and that there are bigger parties of 11 and more she needs to worry about. Clearly, she's had 10 years of grossly horrendous experience and lacks the basic skills to resolve problems. So this business takes money from customers and then restrict them from what they paid for once settled. I was even told that if i want more space, Id have to order another bottle! So staff can then take away another couch/ seats we reserved? No thanks. I highly recommend not reserving or ordering bottle service. Just so the public know, if you order bottles, they are the small Hennessy and grey goose, and you'll be slapped with $400. Its really about the service to me but PLEASE avoid this place. Very nice-looking place, but disgusting service. Big SHOUT-OUT TO THE BOUNCERS, who were the ONLY respectable and friendly staff members! If bouncers were the nicest people, this says a lot about customer relations. 3.5 stars!!!!! I came here for my friends birthday on 12/3/2016 around 11:45 pm. We spoke to Jay before then to make our reservation. Jay was very attentive to us however they gave us empty promises which we didnt appreciate. He told me 3 guys had free admission before 12 but when we got there the men had to pay. Alex the guy at the door was all over the place and because he kept giving us a bunch of different cards we had to pay twice. However, the place was so classy! So nice and the bottle service was worth it. The bottle service girl was so sweet and the seating was nice. It was spacious which i liked. The djs were so good. There was dj camilo and dj new era who kept playing so many good songs. The bathroom was clean and the bathroom attendants were so nice. It was a classy atmosphere so you get what you pay for. Coat check is $3 and the ladies are fast getting your coats. The security was good and janitors were good cleaning if something spilled. They need to have Alex stop trying to make people pay twice because he is unorganized and Jay needs to stop giving empty promises. Other than that, everything was great and my friend had a great birthday. Also they have valet and the valet attendants are very nice. Amadeus is a good option for a night out but its pricy! My boyfriend and I and another couple got a table here for New Year's Eve: We had a horrible experience. There are several factors contributing to my 1-star review: 1. Expensive: $650 for (2 bottles) bottle service (did not include gratuity)+$160 in tickets for 4 people = $810 for 4 people ($860 with tip). Keep reading and you'll see why this was such a problem. 2. Fake liquor? The bottles of Ciroc that we got were not sealed and appeared to have been previously opened. The server would not let us open the bottles ourselves. We suspect they were refilled (with cheaper vodka). 3. Unsafe security. A group of 10 people next to our table pulled out a huge bag of weed, each rolled it, and all smoked it all out in the open. This while a security guard was a few feet away, clearly allowing it. Several people on the dance floor were smoking weed out in the open. Yet, they confiscated a bottle of mouthwash from my purse when I was coming in. 4. They did not respect people who had bottle service. Once you were seated, they didn't care what happened in the bottle section; they got their money and it was a free for all. a. They do not put a max on how many people can share a table. We were 4 people at our table. The tables on each side of us had 10+ people each; those people kept crowding our space, and even sitting on our couch! That's the point of bottle service....to have space and comfort. b. They did nothing to make sure that only people who bought a table came to that section. People from downstairs who did not have bottle service were crowding the table section. There's an easy fix to this: If you have bottle service you should get a wristband, and only people with that wristband should be allowed in that section. It cost us alot of money, only to be in a very ghetto environment. The inside of the club was nice and the music was good. It was obvious that open drug use is acceptable here; their security is a joke. We did not feel safe. We will never go back, not even on a regular club night. read more

I told the club promoter that we were coming with a large group(60 +) yet I got no accommodation.$2,000 plus bar tab later I'm arguing with the promoter for a second table(btw the table space only seats 2). I also didn't like how they charged my male guest $30 after midnight. What is the point of ordering so much bottle service ontop of bar service if your birthday guest can't get a special rate. Attended a party on 11/10/17. Party was great however as the party ended the club sprayed pepper spray in order to get people to exit. The was not a rowdy crowd or a that a fight occurred. To use pepper spray is rediculous and barbaric way to get exit a club. They were on the stage shooting it in the air. Everyone started coughing, tears eyes, running nose etc and my friend threw up from be directly in line of the spray.
