We only had drinks, so I can't speak to how the food is, although it looked like they mainly offered finger foods. I tried their rum punch and limoncello spritz, and both were good. I would think a spot like this would have a DJ, but they were just playing music. I had a nice time last night at the Moon rooftop. There was a $5 entry but it was nice since the music was jamming. It was 4 of us and we all ordered various drinks. Veleska our waitress has such a wonderful attitude. You would think they just opened with the energy she came with. We were there close to midnight. It's a nice place, wasn't too crowded and everyone seemed in a good mood. They had a World Cup match playing on the TV above the bar and we were able to view without. I had a spicy mango margarita. I came here with my coworker for happy hour and had such a nice time. They have a good happy hour special where it is buy one get one free. We had their strawberry margaritas which were super refreshing and strong. Their food looked good even tho I did not order but everyone else around me seemed to be enjoying their food. We stayed there a bit a past happy hour and ordered a hookah which wasn't that great; it died out pretty quickly and cost $45. The best part of this bar is their playlist since they do play good music and the view is so nice. The sunset during that time is so nice while enjoying your drink. I will be returning! read more

Moon Bar is a good look if you're looking for a chill Rooftop bar with a cool vibe. They're drinks are tasty and mixed well and the Panoramic views are gorgeous, especially at night! They also have Hookah for you hookah lovers..Oh, I cant forget the music..they play a nice mix of HipHop, RnB and reggae (Old and New school). It was a Vibe. With regards to food, they serve a decent variety of finger food. Me and my homie got the chicken quesadillas and the Chicken Gyozas. The Gyozas were delicious! Quesadillas were just ok. There was a Trump hat at desk in front of the elevator to got to the rooftop. Im not sure what that means but at this political climate I'm not going to support business like this. I came here last fall and I liked it because the bartenders are chill and let you queue as many songs as you want. Drinks are strong and yummy. I walked past by their happy hour sign and got intrigued so decided to give a shot on a Friday night. The vibe is not bad, and they also have a far Manhattan view. In terms of drinks, the happy hour price buy one get one free only applies to the same person, meaning that you have to get 2 drinks to have the second one for free, which is fine. However, the cocktails were poorly mixed...we had Cosmopolitan and Mojito, which were not easy to drink because one tasted only vodka and the other one tasted like having too much syrup in there. I would say that beers are probably the safest choice. The most disappointing part is that the "party gratitude" is automatically applied to the bill, which I believe is more than 20%. We had only a party of two, and it doesn't make sense to have the tips automatically added to the bill. None of cocktail bars in the city with good crafted drinks do such a thing. Don't think that I will return next time cuz their happy hour doesn't worth the value in my opinion. read more

I come here at night for dinner and snacks almost every business trip I have in the city. It's a short walk from my hotel and the view is amazing at night!! The menu is pretty small but the quesadilla is my go to order and it's one of the best I've had! It never gets too crowded but still feels lively. The staff is friendly but can be a bit inattentive at times, sitting at the bar eating or on their phone not paying attention. First of all, the location may not seem the greatest, but the minute you enter the hotel to get to the rooftop you will see how nicely everything looks and is decorated. Cons: the sofas are DIRTY and the pillows. You literally can see stains. We were unaware that the actual rooftop is not opened yet. We went to the rooftop bar and it was a place of storage I am guessing. The cook was late and we couldn't order food till like 5:30pm when he arrived. The sofa's are showing the board that is needed for the sofa to be created and stable. This place is not clean enough to be opened. This place can be epic but they definitely need to get a cleaning person or new furniture to match with the vibe of the place. Update your furniture.
