I'm from Texas and was in Queens this weekend visiting a friend who brought me here. It is a nice venue, Vegas style club that played great music. The line did take forever to get through and bottle service/hookahs took a while to get but once we got them the service was ok. If you want to dance, this is a good place to go because they have great music! read more

Went to this place on Saturday the club itself its a Vegas feel type of club. Music was great. We had a great time we made the best of the situation. BUT as far as customer service they nickle & dime for everything. We bought the $575 package plus an additional bottle of Jack Daniel which I think was $295 they made all of my guests pay which according to the promoter I was told for every $200 u spend you get 2 comps. So why did we pay $80 to get in if we were getting bottle service! On top of that they charge for additional seltzer like REALLY SO TACKY! We had 3 bottles of Vodka! And they throw in a cheap bottle of champagne that cost $3 bucks eww they probably get it for cheaper(we didn't even drink it)! Is a nice place but wouldn't come back UNLESS they have different people running the door very very rude ass people! I'm just glad I didn't let them ruin my celebration. I wouldn't recommend this place TO ANY OF MY friends to celebrate ANY occasion because it will someway get ruined! If No stars were an option that would be what I think of this place!!! I was in VIP as it was my Friends Birthday and after waiting for almost 2 hours for the bottles to come out I decided to use the bathroom with a female friend. As I turned around because I was telling the group where we were going the bouncer in the VIP area grabbed my female friend by the arm and shoved her out. I was confused, like wtf is going on?! And no one was saying anything so I was like whatever let's just go to the bathroom, so I walked out the VIP area. When we walked back to the VIP area after using the bathroom, the same bouncer said you can't be here and I told him, yes I can I was just there you saw me and I have a wrist band for the VIP area, so did my friend. He then proceeded to scream at me and said stand the f***k back. I said I paid my fair share to be in there with my friends and showed the receipts for the bottle service. He told me, I don't give a F***K get out of here! So I turned around and left to the main bar just so my female friend and I can get our own drinks. My group of friends started texting me asking where I was because we were gone a while and I told them, I don't know what's going on but I somehow went to the bathroom and was not allowed back in. They told me, don't be silly come back we are right here so I was like fine and came back. The same bouncer proceeded to again scream at me and tell me, Didn't I tell you to get the f**k out of here and literally my friends were right there wondering what was going on and I told him you cannot talk to me like that, those are my friends right there and they keep telling me to come back. He told me, I don't care you are nobody! I was so upset, I walked away and I went straight to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager. I put out money for VIP and did not have one drink not one! He came to me and I explained what happen. He then told me, please speak to who ever coordinated this party because it's only 10 people to a table and since the second table wasn't paid in full we had to take it back...and I was like oh but you guys had no problem taking the other people's money though. If you knew this then the money should be returned to those who could not be in the second table and I was like also you consider firing the bouncer that treated me like I was dirt because he's the reason I'm crying at your night club. He kept saying Sorry there's nothing I can do. I was determined to go home after that. Never in my life have I had such a horrible night club experience. I waited for my friends to come out the night club after speaking with the manager, as we all had came together on a party bus. My group of friends finally came out after about 30 mins and came up to me tell me that they were all really sorry there was so much confusion then the same bouncer came over right behind then saying like oh yeah I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. Came here for two birthdays so far and I had a great time on both..The first time however was opening night and it did take them an hour and change for them to get our bottle service together but The owner himself compensated our troubles...My cousins birthday last night was a flawless experience and I really have to say we had a good time...your not getting this type of club experience anywhere else in queens let me tell you right now..let me add that the bouncers were cool and were accommodating to our party that were arriving late...definitely recommended on my behalf read more

Sound system for the Haitian event I went to was terrible. I'm not sure if the club was responsible or the artist it self but it was bad. The main singer mic was to high and the sound cut all together at the beginning which was awkward. Other than that it was an okay experience. Was looking to see if Amadeus would be a great Latin club....Yeah about that I will say that the atmosphere was very nice, the bouncers were nice and the women (dancers, bottle girls) beautiful, other than that it was pretty lame. We had reserved a table, thankfully when we walked in on a Saturday night, it wasn't too packed so we didn't have to wait long, however the second you get in, guys have to pay $25 for entrance FEE meanwhile we had reserved a table, after we paid to get in $25 /each, theres also a coatcheck, that you "MUST" leave your jacket there, in order to get in. When i asked the lady that worked at the coatcheck what was the reasoning why we have to do coatcheck, she didn't even know why she said "you just have to". So we paid extra $4 just to leave our coats. While the host is walking us to our table my friend asked why we had to pay for the guys in order to enter if we had reserved a table prior, she said "you didn't have to pay", then said "why does it matter, y'all already paid it." So to not make a big scene, i said let's just go in and have a good time at least. 30 minutes Later another group comes in and gets a table next to us, and they HAD THEIR JACKETS ON WITH THEM. Like HOW? When they literally had told us WE HAVE TO TAKE OFF OUR JACKETS IN ORDER TO GET IN. They're all about ripping people off.. oh and the bottle service that they said on the phone was $250, came out to $550 and their excuse was "with gratitude and tax" i would understand if total had come out to $400 tops, but $550? It is what it is. Spot used to be called glazz but the new spot is better and improved. I was there for my birthday bough the 4 bottle special that came complimentary champagne they where able to throw in free hookah even though they don't do offer it with their packages anymore so that was cool. The spot is official from the decor to the ambience. Has like a Manhattan vibe to it you don't feel like you are in queens spot. The bottle girls are sexy, the music diverse overall good spot only suggestion I would have is on Latin night you should have a broader spectrum of Spanish music. Reggae ton and dembo is not only genre qualifies as Latin you need more salsa more merengue etc read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went here for a Sweet 16. The party was from 6-10 so I had no problem finding metered street parking. Most likely because it's down a side street next to a supermarket that made the air smell like low tide on a bad day. The outside is nothing special. The inside is nice but that's all they have going for them. The bathroom looks like a rapist dream with the ladies and dudes sharing sinks. The DJ just plain sucked. Nobody was dancing because the music choice was terrible. Isn't it your job as the DJ to make the party? The food was flavorless and lukewarm. We had to stop at Taco Bell on the way home. The birthday girl did her candle ceremony but the cake just sat there. It was never served. The thing that really made this place blow was that at about 930 these a$$holes let grown men into the club to start partying. WTF! I would suggest staying far away from this place. read more

It was a beautiful venue . The music is great. I went for my birthday and there were flyers online on their website that says before a certain time it's free just like any other place . I went with a party of people about 7 and other people came as well later on at night. My bottle server was awesome she was great. The only part I did not enjoy was the nasty attitude the woman at the front had with me when she charged my entire party to get in when it was supposed to be free. I asked her about the mix up and she just came out and said "well I asked you a question if you had reservations and you answered so you were charged" I tried to explain again to her what my bottle server told me that I was not supposed to get charged and she said "what does that have to do with me." Then she rolled her eyes and told me "we don't do refunds, this is the one time." Other people starring at me and it was humiliating on my birthday in front of my friend but I played my part and did not react because the way she treated me is a reflection of her and not me. In any case we stood the night and my friends got to meet DJ Self. But I won't go back to that place again just left a bad after taste . One person shouldn't define the entire establishment but at the end of the day you are providing a service for people to have fun, so unfortunately I won't go there again. Went there to celebrate my brothers birthday and by far the worst club to go to. First they want to charge you a cover, however we told them that we wanted bottle service. They said we still had to pay the cover!! Okay let's continue. We wanted to sit in a different area than the one that they were offering, they said no because it was reserved. Ok that's fair, so we said we will wait if the party shows up but we didn't want to sit in the MIDDLE of the traffic of where everyone walks thru. We are buying drinks in the meantime, there was a standing table that we were leaning on, mind you we bought a total of $200 in drinks and they took that table to accommodate a group of HOOD A** guys that bought a $30 Hookah. At this point I'm so confused. It's 1am , no one has shown up , music was wack, club was empty. So we decided to pack it up and leave. We used to go to Glazz and the energy was 20x better, when they reopened with a new name we were excited to go back. NEVER AGAIN. First and LAST time I go there. First at all the customer service by the people from the front door (outside the club) is not good at all ( for not to say the word S..ks). We had a table reservation for my wife's b-day and we arrive around 10:45 P.M to be there first than our guests. Even though their website says that they open at 10:00 P.M. they told us to go to a McDonalds that is about two blocks away to wait until 11:00 P.M. because they were not open yet instead of let us wait in the reception area. At 11:00 we did a big and slow line to get in and one of our friends she was wearing flat dress shoes and they said that she can not get in with those shoes. We spent a few minutes convincing the guy until he agree to let her in. Even though we had a table reservation that costed $575 we only received 3 free entrance for men, the others needed to pay to get in. After a while one of our guests arrived and they gave him a hard time because of his shoes (low top casual shoes). A guy called Jay (J) sent me and my friend to speak with another guy called Hector to see what we can do to let him in and oh surprise. This guy (Hector) together with another one, are selling shoes for those they consider doesn't have the correct one to get in, but this do not finish here, if they don't have your size, the asked you for money and then they says that you are good to get in. After that, you have to pay the entrance anyway. The music was fine as well as the service inside but they are too picky. read more
