We chose one of the mountain yoga options, which included a short hike up to PC Hill followed by yoga. Lindsey thought of everything--she brought mats, water bottles, and even sunscreen! The hike + yoga were both pretty low key and perfect for my group of friends, who were a mix of fitness levels. Lindsey even planned some fun bachelorette themed activities AND took pictures for our whole group! The experience exceeded my expectations and I absolutely recommend booking with Lindsey for any type of fun yoga experience!

She also lied to me and said I'd get one class after telling her my situation and being a full time worker along with a caregiver to my grandfather. Get grip. I actually got a hold of a hire up named Susan who said the counselor was wrong for recommending all those classes they tried to and would be spoken to. I went here for an assessment that was suppose to last an hour. Lasted 15 minutes. Just because I'm under the gun of a broken corrupted court system doesn't mean I'm stupid enough to let these idiots take advantage of me! They tried putting me in 2 classes and 6 forced therapy with ongoing if they decided. Who'd sign up for that? A moron? Would be about 2k. Well I found a much better place and it only cost me $200 and did it online in a day and valid with the court! You aren't in the business of helping others you're in the business of lining your fat wallet. Fungool and your stupid useless company. I want my money back because you didn't even do a valid assessment. I will let everyone know not to go here!
