I've been a regular customer at this eyebrow place for a while and usually tip well, so this…read moreexperience was really disappointing. Last Friday, one of the employees messed up my eyebrows. (Not the usual person I go to) One brow was noticeably higher than the other. I work weekends, so Monday was the earliest I could come back to have them fixed. When I called, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help, she told me that because two days had passed there could be "significant hair growth," and refused to allow the girl working Monday to fix them. She even told me, "Next time don't come when the girl you don't like to do your brows is working." That response was shocking and completely inappropriate. I explained that I'm a regular customer and that mistakes happen, but businesses should stand behind their work. If my eyebrows looked fine, why would I drive all the way back a couple days later just to complain? The frustrating part is that there are actually some great eyebrow artists who work there, but the manager's attitude and lack of customer service completely ruined the experience. A simple apology and offering to fix the mistake would have gone a long way. Instead, I was treated like the problem. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and will unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere.
