I've been a regular customer at this eyebrow place for a while and usually tip well, so this experience was really disappointing. Last Friday, one of the employees messed up my eyebrows. (Not the usual person I go to) One brow was noticeably higher than the other. I work weekends, so Monday was the earliest I could come back to have them fixed. When I called, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help, she told me that because two days had passed there could be "significant hair growth," and refused to allow the girl working Monday to fix them. She even told me, "Next time don't come when the girl you don't like to do your brows is working." That response was shocking and completely inappropriate. I explained that I'm a regular customer and that mistakes happen, but businesses should stand behind their work. If my eyebrows looked fine, why would I drive all the way back a couple days later just to complain? The frustrating part is that there are actually some great eyebrow artists who work there, but the manager's attitude and lack of customer service completely ruined the experience. A simple apology and offering to fix the mistake would have gone a long way. Instead, I was treated like the problem. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and will unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Be careful! I came in to this store frequently never had a problem until two weeks ago. I got my eyes brows done,one of the workers (didn't ask a name) did my eyebrows. First of, didn't care to my request of not making my eyebrows to thin and did just that. Hurt so bad! That's not what I'm complaining about and made a report to my bank. If your not on top of the charges on your card be careful!! Lady took the 3 digit security on my card after she already had passed it and I signed , I knew it was odd but didn't wanna listen to my intuition, then within the next hour , I notice an over charge! Went in today hoping to get my eyebrows touched up, but was quickly told that men need to have an appointment and that I can come back tomorrow. I have gone here since before the lockdown and have never been told that. I have always been a walk in and just waited. I wish the lady working there would've just been honest with me and said I'm sorry I'm not comfortable doing men. Anyways I'm taking my business and tips someplace else. This place is horrible don't get your eye by done here. Went in with my girlfriend and the lady took off most of her eyebrow and changed her shape of the eyebrow. The lady was rude went to ask for our money back and they refused. Definitely do not recommend going here. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I came here a few days ago and it was my first time here. She did an absolute horrible job on my eyebrows. She left some hairs behind and I ask her to do my chin and still left some behind. When I got home I had to tweeze them out myself. It was $24 and I expected a better job and to top it off she was rude. I will not be coming here nor shall I recommend this place to anyone. read more

I used to come here for my brows but they have become very unsanitary. They handle cash with the same gloves they use to thread and they do not switch gloves, scissors, eyebrow brush between clients. I have started breaking out everytime I go because of how unsanitary it is. Definitely don't recommend. read more

This is the worst place I can say for threading. I have been waiting to get done my eyebrows for a month. When I get to the place, I explained to the lady how I want. She made my eyebrows so thin and made cut on my skin under eyebrows. I wish I couldn't have gone there. If they are charging so much money for their service, they should provide premium service as well. I will never go to the place. This place is horrible! I have gone in twice and the first time it was okay, they shaped my eyebrows well but missed a lot of hair. The second time which was today (September 27) the lady rushed me, was very rude, it was the most painful threading I have ever had and I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 2 years. When she asked why I was rating only a 2 I told her why and when I said it was very painful she laughed and walked over to the screen and said "Just put any reason! It doesn't matter" and then right before I left she asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. I am very disappointed in the service I received and I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!! read more

I am so disappointed with this place! I recently paid for 3 months for eyebrow & lip. I purchased the membership the week of thanksgiving, I went in today and they couldn't find me in the system. I knew I paid so I was calm, the cashier was very sweet trying to figure the situation. She then called her manager,...immediately she's yelling, telling me to be responsible with my recipes. That no one goes into a business trying to return something without a recipes. Ok so YES I get my eyebrows cleaned up. I feel it looks neater. And dont smirk ... judging by the amount of guys in Turlock running around with drag queen eyebrows I have a feeling I'm not the only one. But getting drag queen eyebrows is NOT my thing. I just want my brows to look neat. However it seems that a hard thing to explain to the people I've been to in the past. However these guys (or gals actually) are GOOD. They listen, and they give you good service. for 12 bucks (and some pain) I was able to get neat, manly brows that didnt look like they needed glitter. Woo hoo! read more

I will start of by saying that I should have checked Yelp first. After reading the reviews I would have gone somewhere else. BUT I will admit I did like the outcome of my lip threading. Nice and smooth (which is why I gave 2 stars) ... but the main reason I came to this place was for my eyebrows .. I told the lady I needed them very thin and round, because I have scars in various areas where my eye brows will not grow. ... this lady did the opposite of what I asked for. She left them thick and squared off. With chunks here and there. She then filled them in (square). while in the chair I once again said I can't have them square because my hair will not fill in these missing areas . She seemed confused so I paid and left. Also while paying they ask for a "review" of how you liked your service. On a screen you pick from 1-5 of how your service was... she told me to "push 5" this was awkward to me. I looked at her and she again said, push 5. I chose 5 and left. Since I told her in the chair and she didn't seem to understand I was looking for a different shape. Look at my pictures. read more

I have been going here for a year. My recent trip has led me to not go back. I walked in there and there were different ladies. I figured that they were professionals so I shouldn't worry. I was wrong the lady did my eyebrows then tells me AFTERWARDS that my eyebrows are messed up. I have been going to them for a year and don't touch my eyebrows. I used to come here every so often. Not bad...but definitely not awesome like I've experienced at threading places in Artesia and Nyc. I've come away from this place with brows that are not quite as symmetric as they could be and not arched as well either. Nothing bad enough to complain about, just not on par with my past experience. The staff are nice enough and brows definitely look much cleaner after. read more

I have been to soooo many places to get my eyebrows waxed and I've never been satisfied and now I know why because I was getting them done with the wronge tecnique. I absolutely love getting my eyebrows threaded it was super painless and they look so much better than getting them waxed or plucked.
