She did not have the shampoo and conditioner hair treatment I scheduled for so I did not receive my hair treatment at the end of my appointment she put product in my hair that gave me zero volume and my hair was really stiff. I seen pictures of other people that she gives them extreme volume from zero to something but for my hair it was totally flat stiff and look like I had just woken up.. she was not that welcoming, the guy working with her at the salon was more welcoming to me, and I was not his client then she was. unfortunately I will not be going back to her and will not be recommending anyone to her because of my poor experience. She's calm, which is always reassuring since I'm often not, and takes time to listen to what I want. She gets it right away and has never let me down.
