I've been going to this barber shop for about 3 years . but started to dislike this place cuz of favortism and price just went up so quickly to $25 for hair cut. they service their old clients first then when they have time someone will help you . i was starting to feel a little confortable with an older lady that used to work there til she got fired maybe she was just getting better than the owner i guess nobody can be better than her. So i will not be going back there again i will be spending my money elsewhere where they treat everybody equal. read more

I recently moved to the valley and had to find a new shop. I'm very particular about my hair cut and usually have to jump from one shop to another until I can find someone that gets it right the first time. I'm happy to say that Lulu has been awesome! I went in for the first time and was getting my cut from a gentleman and Lulu over heard our convo about me heading to a wedding. She noticed some imperfections so she stepped in to finish the cut and said "he's going to a wedding so this has to be perfect". Thank you Lulu! My son and I are your new regulars! read more

Lulu is very difficult to get ahold of. I finally asked one of the barbers to tell her I'd come by at noon. It worked, she was there, but I was now subject to an "appointment charge" that is 33% above the regular cut price. Really? You wanna charge me for making an appointment during regular business hours? Not twice you won't. read more

I was the only one waiting.. barber saw me and walked away once he came back not only did he not ask me are you getting a hair cut he took a customer who had just walked in.. no biggie maybe he had appointment.. I get it.. so the other barber had finished with his customer And the other barber as well I'm next rite and the owner.. well she told me she was owner she was done too with her customer. Not once any of barbers asked me if I was getting a hair cut they just help the ppl that where coming in while I sat their they probably figured I wanted to hang around at their place of business. Finally and older lady said are you getting a hair cut yes I em.. she helped me but screwed up my hair cut maybe that's how you show un wanted customers not to come back. I've been coming here for a very long time. Back when John was the original owner. Lulu has always cut my hair and does an amazing job. But, when she is off or busy I can trust Marissa, Yolanda or Ricardo with a haircut and chat it up with Bo about boxing. Lulu is doing an outstanding job on keeping the barber shop the way John left it but, with a little bit of her touch. Town Barbershop has always felt welcoming and continues to feel that way. I'd definitely recommend this place to family and friends. I feel it's reasonably priced considering what other so called barbershops are trying to charge in the neighborhood. read more
