Mind you, I couldn't cancel on StyleSeat because she had already charged my card in advance for a service I didn't book. Then, to top it off, she charged me again--half the cost--for that same incorrect service.

Loss of 1 star for the owners miscommunication and price fluctuations. They own 5 places in total and it seems the husband and wife are not on the same page which has caused some other customers to stop returning. There is only one woman working at this location and she does hair, brows and waxing so I strongly suggest calling ahead to anticipate what kind of wait time to expect. Parking is hit or miss, they only have one space next to their building. Otherwise you risk parking across in the stop and shop.
