When it was time for my appointment, several other names were called before mine, despite my having been waiting since noon. At checkout, I expected the advertised first-time guest pricing based on how my appointment was booked. Instead, I was told I had to pay full price because it was considered my second visit. When I asked what the total was, my question was not answered. I was simply asked for my ZIP code and told to tap my card. I only saw the total after the transaction had already been processed. After leaving, I realized I had never been offered a receipt, so I went back inside to request one. When I returned, I could hear the front desk discussing me with the esthetician, including asking whether I had left a tip and how much it was. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, the conversation focused on my gratuity. I asked another esthetician if she could please ask them to stop talking about me because I had a question. Her response was, "What are you going to do about it?" I was shocked by how unprofessional that interaction was. The waxing service itself was fine, but the customer service experience was not. It is very dishonorable to lie to a repeated customer since day one & brought you many customers as well. She would only take $10.00 off.
