I came here as a last minute no other choice to get a blow out. Hair was washed at home. Nothing special, nothing I couldn't do at home. In fact I regretted and kept saying I should have done it at home. I brought with me clip ons also something I could have done in a minute. I mentioned I just wanted to clip these in after blow dry. Bam 10$ extra. If I was aware I wouldn't have. My fault I didn't ask but my original hair salon don't charge to clip them in. 31$ for a basic straight blow dry and clip on extensions 10$. Walked out paying 51 for blow out extensions and tip. Hair stylist was sweet. It was OK. read more

Everyone from the owner, assistant and my stylists were nothing but kind, welcoming and professional. Niki is the best hair artist /colorist /stylist I have ever met. Her work ethic and passion is incomparable to anyone I have ever met. The salon is beautiful and very comfortable and they are sure to constantly make sure you are having a great experience. I stumbled into this salon merely because it was in my neighborhood and I was walking by and saw how great they were taking all precautions with covid so I thought I would give them a try . I'm so glad I did because the staff was so happy & friendly . They were so welcoming and I felt so comfortable. I have been getting my hair done by the owner, April, since 2010. Even though I moved to Brooklyn, I still come out the Staten Island to get my hair done here. The staff are kind, friendly, and patient. April and Nikki have both gone above and beyond to give me what I want. I am usually getting rescued from home cut bangs and being too confident with bleach, but no one has ever chided me or made me feel silly. I love it here and always leave happier and feeling better than when I walked in. read more

Words cannot express how much I LOVE Love Hair Studio. Jeanne is a miraculous Godsend. I leave there feeling absolutely incredible. Everyone there is super nice and super talented. While I waited, I helped myself to complimentary delicious newly brewed coffee in a very comfortable setting.
