I like the store for picking up what I need to keep my business running. However, where I find a…read moremajor problem is at the printing center. I am on a corporate program for custom printing that saves me an incredible amount of money, therefore I am committed to having to use Officemax for all printing. The issue is that there are NEVER enough people working in the print center. Whether I come in to print one specialized piece, or 10,000 pieces, I find myself having to wait for anywhere from 20-60 minutes to get help. I run a business and cannot afford to waste and hour waiting to get help printing a few brochures. Get more people working in the print center and you'll have less frustrated people walking out because they can't get help.
