Basically I spend 5 hours including traveling, time in the store and dealing with customer service. Then they said sorry you were given incorrect info and it's not gonna work. What it says online is not correct. I'd love it if they just reached out and helped out it seems like the store and the customer service aren't talking. The store would've had a 5 star rating if it wasn't for being handed off with misleading information. I'd like to emphasize I think the store tried hard, but they handed me off to a process that wasn't able to help and should've known that it was unable to help.
