She also gave me advice on a related, automotive matter that had stumped me and I tried it -- totally worked! What's more, when I went to another AutoZone and raved about her assist, the employees knew exactly which AutoZone I was referring to -- her joy in making a difference really shines!

After several minutes, the asst manager walked in from the back. He didn't acknowledge or offer to help customers. When the phone rang, he didn't answer it and seemed put out when his new underling (the kid waiting on the customer) needed help directing a phone call. At that point, I left and went to Auto Zone where I was waited on and treated like a valued customer, even though I am a 67 year old woman.

There were 2 personnel on the cash register, and both were the slowest I've ever seen. The guy with…read morethe jacked-up haircut and white wall side, it took him 15 minutes to ring up 1 each 5 gallon of oil and an oil additive. The other young lady was still there after I left with 1 customer. Looking and the computer trying to figure it out. It appeared they were on competition on how long they can take to ring up a customer. It would have been quicker to drive an extra 2 miles at another location. The third personnel and next with the young lady trying to figure out the computer and just chatting instead of helping customers. The line was all the way to the entry door. This is the last time I'll go there.

I had a maintenance light show up and the dread set in , so off I went to what is to me a trusted…read moreauto store; due the fact I use their services in my home town. That being said I am traveling for work and am totally unfamiliar with this area, nor the degree of aptitude of their services. That being said I went in and received immediate service from a very young gentleman. Solid greeting and smile from this individual, who proceeded to ask what he could help me with. I expressed my issue with the maintenance light and asked if he could possibly run a diagnostic check on my vehicle. He did the diagnostic check printed off the result; which claimed no issues. Stumped of the reason why the maintenance light was on , we batted around some ideas of why. Finally we came to the conclusion that the reason for the light was that before my trip to Amarillo I had received an oil change at Wally World in my home town and they had not reset the oil change indicator notification and Voila mystery solved. Thanks again for stopping my mental breakdown for fear that I was going to have to get a loan to fix my Becarita. Yes that is her name.

Guys always are helpful and is the best location to go to. Usually have decent advice and help out…read morepretty well. Though sometimes you have to go to the georgia location since thats the main store that stocks the smaller ones.
