I took it to independent shop and as I expected it didn't need tires changed and wasn't even close to that! They didn't know whether they have the parts or not. They accepted an appointment to change engine oil and didn't have the oil filter???? Kept my car for several hours and wasted my time and they didn't even bother to call me about the issue. I called to see the progress and their employee claimed that she called and left a voice message!!! Never ran into a bad service like that on multiple levels.
