I bought my 2024 Jeep Rubicon from them last year and i absolutely love it!! It was an easy process to buy from there.

Worst dealership ever I have a 2012 Jeep Rubicon special edition Call Of Duty that's cost $$$ to keep on the road. The newest problem has happened twice. I'm traveling on I 40 going between 70-75 mph and all power cuts off. As my car quickly looses power I'm forced to navigate rush hour traffic with a dying car and no emergency flashers to get off the highway. IT'S A DEATH TRAP.  You'd think the dealership would be concerned. Think again, the best they could do is schedule my car in 2 weeks. I only have one car so I'm forced to either risk my life or miss 2 weeks of work until they can get to it.  I then asked to talk to the manager. He sent me a message he'd get back later in the afternoon. That was 4 days ago.  In looking on line this isn't an isolated event. With so many complaints you'd think the company would be concerned. Think again, guess people will need to be killed before they do something.  Partial list of repairs beyond normal maintenance: -Safety Recall power side view mirror. Water leakage to heated function could cause an electrical fire -oil cooler tube replaced -Software flash update PCM powertrain control module. Problems with my powertrain probably led to the    Next repair -41,000 miles and my TRANSMISSION had to be rebuilt -Replaced left rear wheel speed sensor -Recall Air bag A replaced -Tie rod end track bar steering damper -DEATH WOBBLE struts and shocks needed to be replaced  -Replaced the limited slip friction modifier  -Replaced the brake vacuum pump --fuel injection flushed/replaced -piston replaced -differential pump replaced -Another rear wheel speed sensor replaced  Think twice before buying a Jeep unless you have money to burn AND find a dealership that gives a damnx read more

The service department at this dealership is worthless. Had a crank no start issue with 2015 Dodge Journey. This dealership performed all the recalls that they could. Then after a month, they still didn't know why the vehicle will not start. They couldn't answer any questions about what tests they have run and what the results were. The only reason we took the vehicle to them, is because 9 months earlier they had replaced the cylinder head. Since they had the vehicle for a month with zero results, we took the vehicle to an independent shop. Within two hours the independent shop had found a damaged cam and cam journal in the cylinder head. This caused the timing chain to jump time. Since the issues is related to the repair they had made 9 months ago. I reached out to them to warranty the repair. I sent them the information they asked for. The Service manager and Store manager will only communicate with you if you show up in person, so they can' ignore you. Regardless of what they say in writing, the Service manager basically told me that we would have to pay to tow it back to them. Pay to have them look at it again and more than likely pay for them to repair the vehicle. But, they would try and get some goodwill for the cylinder head. They said from the pictures they feel like there is systematic low oil pressure in the engine. Which looking at the picture you can see all cam journals in pristine condition except the one that melted down. If there was systematic oil pressure through out the entire system you would see at the very least discoloring in the other journals. Since there wasn't systematic low oil pressure in the entire engine. This would indicate an issue with the cylinder head at that specific journal. They will probably respond about how they are sorry that I feel this way. That they asked us to bring it back so they can make us pay more and find it isn't warranty. Regardless of what they communicate in writing, the conversations I have had with them let me know that they will not take responsibility and are incompetent. read more

I called the parts department at lunch on Thursday to order Mopar running boards for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. After I ordered those I asked to be transferred to the service department. I asked the service department if they could put the running boards on when they came in. Friday at 5:00 my car was ready to go with the running boards, 29 hours after placing the order. Everyone was friendly, helpful and prompt. Excellent experience! read more

Purchased new 2020 Chrysler pacifica 2/13/20 from this dealer. BEWARE the tactics used. Salesman was not familiar on mechanics of the vehicle and we were not given any type of walk through on all the equipment, how it is used, even simple instrument panel explanation. Going from a 2000 Buick all of these bells and whistles were new to us. We were rushed through purchase, did not see the actual car that became ours until after sale as it was driven from approx. 50 miles away. No inspection was done and now we're having to take the brand new car to a local quick lube to do the state inspection as we can't get our license plates without it????!!!! Watch out for the so called 3 year/36,000 mile warranty. It's only good bumper to bumper for 12 months, the other two years for product defect only. We ended up having to buy additional $1,500 5 yr coverage to get the warranty we expected to have initially. The car is great so far but still learning... If you go look at a vehicle at their lot, and you come and find a flat tire on your vehicle to prevent you from leaving, that's when you need to wonder about their practices.
