Autozone system took the first card and then froze the system so it wouldn't work on anything else. Went to get my money back since it cleared my account and they can't find where it posted on their system. Stood in line and on hold for over 40 minutes while corporate kept saying they saw nothing and giving the manager phone numbers for her to call. In the end, she had to leave a message with the details and I have to wait 48 hours for them to determine if I in fact get my money back and then, if I do, another week for them to return it. While it is not this store's fault, I will not walk into another Autozone after this is settled.

That being said I am traveling for work and am totally unfamiliar with this area, nor the degree of aptitude of their services. That being said I went in and received immediate service from a very young gentleman. Solid greeting and smile from this individual, who proceeded to ask what he could help me with. I expressed my issue with the maintenance light and asked if he could possibly run a diagnostic check on my vehicle. He did the diagnostic check printed off the result; which claimed no issues. Stumped of the reason why the maintenance light was on , we batted around some ideas of why. Finally we came to the conclusion that the reason for the light was that before my trip to Amarillo I had received an oil change at Wally World in my home town and they had not reset the oil change indicator notification and Voila mystery solved. Thanks again for stopping my mental breakdown for fear that I was going to have to get a loan to fix my Becarita. Yes that is her name.

There were 2 men working there who were having a very spirited discussion full of F bombs about not having enough change for the weekend and customers wanting to pay with $100 bills. I was there for a lawn mower battery, which I had to find by myself and carry up to the counter myself during all this. One man had stomped out the door at this point. The other checked me out and sort of explained the problem, but didn't apologize or anything. I had to carry the battery out to the car myself. The man outside almost hit me with the door stomping back in, didn't even hold the door for me or offer to carry the heavy (to me anyway) battery. I was shocked and completely disappointed by this behavior. The man who checked me out said they were both veterans so I hesitated to post this review but if I owned/managed this store I would want to know if my customers were being treated like this. If I knew these 2 were working I would avoid this store now. Normally I would give this store 7 stars, last Sunday I would give it zero.
