It really wasn't that bad. The Dad's GF took us here. I do have to get used to the region and their wine style. The standout was the Tempranillo. More fruit then I'm used to, but decent. Hey, what can I say, I'm a Temecula guy; love the big, bold, beefy and loaded with Tannins. Most of the really didn't vary in flavor, the grape was there; but beyond that, don't expect any past that. For the purest, this place rocks. The Zin, Cab, Dolcetto and the Montepulciano good. Would have like to tasted the Malbec. The place is pretty secluded and private. The patio area was perfect for us as there was a band playing. The table we are seated at was right in front of the speaker so we choose to go outside. It was a nice cool desert night, perfect for wine. The service we had was nice, courteous and attentive. Next time for a visit, plan to go back. Did fall in love with the sculpture outside!! Brilliant!!

Absolutely amazing in every way!!! The tastiest wine i've ever had. I had a spicy fig spread that was divine on rosemary sourdough crackers.

Great wine selection! This award winning place is a hidden secret. Great cheese selection and live music on weekends.

This place was great, clean, practicing social distancing. Service from Xiao was impeccable. We will probably come back tomorrow as well.

As a traveler from out of state accompanied by two trained service dogs, I was shocked by the…read moretreatment we received at Winary Bistro. The manager incorrectly stated that service dogs must wear a vest to be recognized as service animals and demanded that we provide a "service animal certificate." We were then told that such certificates were not valid and that service animals must be registered in New Mexico before being allowed into the restaurant. None of these statements are consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Service dogs are not required to wear vests, carry certificates, or be registered with any state in order to access public accommodations. It is deeply concerning that a manager responsible for serving the public appears to have such a poor understanding of federal disability law. The experience was embarrassing, discriminatory, and completely unnecessary. I have traveled extensively throughout the United States with my service dogs and have never been treated this way. I strongly encourage management to educate staff on ADA requirements before another customer is subjected to the same treatment. Until then, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone who relies on a service animal.

My blackened salmon was a tad bit dry but still tender in some sections. My friends enjoyed the steak salad. The charcuterie board was also decent. The staff was very nice and attentive. The vibe was kind of like a booth seating at like a Denny's but fancier with wine. We had to wait for a good 15-20min even though there was ample seating in multiple areas of this large establishment. Overall good pit stop.

It is a very thoughtful and thorough experience. We had Valerie as our Tequila specialist & she was great & answered all of our many questions. The flights ranged from $40-$100 and you get 4 different tequilas. We each got a flight & tasted each others. They also have a drink menu as well. They do ask you to put your phone in a bag and step out if you need to use it to help keep the speakeasy ambiance so the picture I have is the only one. There wasn't a lot of people for a Friday night which we didn't mind at all but we did make a reservation. Since it is a speakeasy, they do have an entrance in the bookstore but I guess you'd need to go when the boot store is still open. I would say be sure to eat beforehand or take a walk a walk nearby if you decided not to use ride share. Happy Tasting!
