This place is great! My wife got a groupon for a basic tint service as a gift. I scheduled the service. Upon arrival we were offered an upgrade, at a reasonable price. Honestly, they were not pushy, and totally would have been fine had I not done the upgrade. They worked with me on my finances and I got a small upgrade. Service was done in less than two hours. I purchased the Groupon online and I called but didn't get a call back. I went to shop and surprised and pleased they were open. I specifically went inside with a mask for my protection. They told me it would take 1 hr and I agreed. I asked them if I can sit inside while they did the work. They said no due to covid but the nice lady wasn't even wearing a mask. It's around 88 degrees today and I'm not happy. I had to take a work call outside. I'm a disabled vet and walking is very hard. There answer was not customer friendly. I'm still outside Sweating. So glad we went with Amaro's for our tint. I made a morning appointment at the car dealership to get some minor work done and program a new key. It took the whole day, for them to not have the right part or be able to program my key. I ended up having to call to reschedule my tint appointment because of the dealership appt, but they were able to push my tint appt back in the same day, great customer service. The lady at the front desk went over popular choices and combinations, she showed me examples they had inside the store and examples of some of the cars parked out in the parking lot. She explained what tint levels will draw more attention in the area. The owner talked to me and explained it would only take about two hours to tint the car and I was pretty impressed, then about... honestly an hour and some change I was notified I could pick the car up. I make an appointment and the employee tells me since my car is older than 2005 I'd have to pay an additional 180.00 dollars. When I asked why that is all I got was an explanation that made no sense. After trolling around for a "good deal" between Yelp and Groupon, calling a bunch of places, then having a "bait and switch" situation from a tinting shop in Orange, I realized what an solid deal Amaro's Tinting is. I was quoted upwards of $300, by ALL other shops, for comparable or lesser quality tint. Amaro and his brother came to my house on Saturday afternoon. Not only did they do an amazing, truly beautiful job in less time than they quoted me, but they are the most patient, polite and helpful guys. I don't know about you, but I want to feel good about the person I am giving my money to and know that they company cares about the product and doing an excellent job, at a fair price. I went with the ceramic tint, which cost $240, with lifetime warranty. As another yelper mentioned, there is a certificate too. The tinting goes all of the way to the top of the driver and passenger windows, like a factory install, quality.
