I paid over $200 for a regular manicure with dip powder and a pedicure, which I expected to last at least a couple of weeks. Instead, one of my nails chipped in less than a week, and it started snagging and pulling my hair every time I touched it--clearly not done properly. When I returned to have it fixed, the salon wasn't busy at all, yet the service I received was unhelpful and dismissive. I was asked what color I originally had, and when I said I couldn't remember the exact shade, I was pointed to a large wall of colors and told to find it myself. When I asked for help narrowing it down, the technician randomly pointed to a color that was clearly not mine. After barely trying to assist, she told me I needed to figure it out on my own. To make matters worse, another employee interrupted and made it seem like I needed to rush and pick a color quickly because they wanted to attend to someone else--even though the salon wasn't busy. The entire interaction felt rushed, unprofessional, and dismissive. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, especially considering how much I paid. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon to others.

I also requested a special design on my manicure and was delighted with the result. French tips also have an up charge so just be aware. I RARELY get my nails done so I don't know if the pricing is fair or competitive but I felt like the price for the services received was worth it. Everything was very clean and sanitary so that was also a huge plus that I care about when I do get my nails done. The chairs don't massage/recline and there's no tub of water with jets. The lady finally came over and we chatted and she said "do you have any concerns or anything?" And I said "if you can make sure this one is cut straight. Everyone cuts it at an angle" and showed her which one. She patted my leg and said "that won't happen here. Straight across here" I said "well you asked so I'm just telling you. Everyone cuts it crooked". To top it off, they ask you how much you want to tip. Let me just type it in myself. I HATE having to say it outloud. I told her and it added on a convenience fee. Very inconvenient for me to have to pay a fee to tip. Definitely will not be back.
