I also requested a special design on my manicure and was delighted with the result. French tips also have an up charge so just be aware. About halfway through the service, I noticed the clippers being used appeared rusted. The salon overall also did not feel very clean, with a noticeable layer of nail (?) dust on pretty much every surface (supply carts, lotion bottles, even the décor). The service itself felt rushed, and I had to ask multiple times for my nails to be evened out. I had to give up at some point and they remain uneven. Same with the paint - I had to ask for multiple corrections (bubbles in the paint, paint on my skin,...) and they still look unkempt. While I was drumming my nails at the end of the appointment, I also noticed a posted notice of violations, which added to my concern about cleanliness and standards. Lastly, I was pressured to add a tip at checkout, which was uncomfortable and didn't align with the quality of the service I received. Overall, I would recommend others take a close look at the cleanliness and service shortcomings before booking here.
