The chairs don't massage/recline and there's no tub of water with jets. The lady finally came over and we chatted and she said "do you have any concerns or anything?" And I said "if you can make sure this one is cut straight. Everyone cuts it at an angle" and showed her which one. She patted my leg and said "that won't happen here. Straight across here" I said "well you asked so I'm just telling you. Everyone cuts it crooked". To top it off, they ask you how much you want to tip. Let me just type it in myself. I HATE having to say it outloud. I told her and it added on a convenience fee. Very inconvenient for me to have to pay a fee to tip. Definitely will not be back. Edit to add that I'm aware the "convenience fee" doesn't go to the tech, that's not my issue. My issue is an unexpected, added fee regardless of how large or small.

To accuse Nicole of having an open belt on her robe, when she was merely coming out of the massage room where she expected service and moved away, in shock, out towards the changing women's changing rooms. This is a modest girl who has a high regard for correctness. I am horrified that rather than an apology, I get a lecture letter on why you might have been right. The whole experience was so unethical and wrong in every sense. I can only shake my head in disbelief. Appauled.

1 Star Review - Luxury Nails…read more I had a very unpleasant experience at Luxury Nails. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. No one greeted me at the door. Instead, I was immediately warned not to take any photographs. There were no signs posted anywhere in the salon saying that photos or videos were not allowed, so the way it was said felt more like a threat than a polite request. It made the entire situation feel uncomfortable right from the start. I asked for a regular pedicure, which costs $43 -- already a very high price for a basic service. Unfortunately, the pedicure lasted less than 10 minutes. I actually timed it because it felt so rushed. For that price, I expected a relaxing and thorough service, but instead it felt like I was pushed through as quickly as possible. The technician was not friendly at all. I tried making polite conversation, but she barely engaged. The only thing she kept repeating was, "You only here four weeks?" over and over again, which made the interaction feel awkward and uncomfortable. What made the experience even worse was how roughly she handled my legs and feet during the pedicure. She was moving my legs very forcefully, almost as if she was angry. I truly did not understand what was going on, and it made me feel very uneasy and mistreated. When I brought my concerns to the manager and tried to explain why I was upset, the response was even worse. The attitude I received felt like, "just give us your money and leave quickly." There was no attempt to listen, apologize, or resolve the situation. The entire interaction was awkward and uncomfortable, and I left feeling confused about what had just happened. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable, but this visit was the complete opposite. Between the rushed service, unfriendly staff, rough treatment, and poor response from management, this was a very disappointing experience. I definitely did not feel welcome here and would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a pleasant experiance. I also notice place was bare no customers. Frustrated with the results of my manicure. I went in for a builder gel, French tip manicure, which…read moreis what I already had when I got there, but it had grown out. I specifically asked for a slight trim and for my cuticles to be pushed back and trimmed. Instead of filing them, he used the drill and shaved off a chunk of the nail, which made them way shorter than I wanted. He also used the fine tip drill on my cuticles, which did nothing. All the nails are shaped differently and aren't the same length. I had to request multiple times that the white polish went all the way to the edge of the nail (it still doesn't), and had to request two layers of white polish, even though one layer was clearly thin and streaky. There's also a random bump on the middle nail on my left hand, that wasn't filed smooth. Lastly, I pointed out that it looked like my nails had grown out because the gel and polish weren't all the way to my cuticles. He "fixed it" by applying a layer of clear polish all the way to the cuticle, but the gel and pink neutral color still makes it appear as the nails are grown out.
